“Great location - pool area beautiful - would recommend”

“Everything is good！”

“The online photos are deceiving. The rooms are small, and accessibility is an issue for folks with mobility issues. Linens in the rooms were uncomfortable. Beds themselves were very springy/ uncomfortable. The hotel itself appears to be poorly maintained. High touch areas have been “spot cleaned” debris / dust/ grime evident throughout areas. Towels at the pool/ hot tub regularly not available. Towels that were available, or in the rooms had staining. Hair dryers in rooms did not work.……

“We didn’t have hot water for two of the mornings we were there. Also didn’t get a room refresh the third day and had to request fresh towels. The housekeeping in general was subpar with beds not being remade properly. Decent property for why we were there but the parking lot is a gong show and could use having the parking space lines re-delineated, correctly measured and painted properly by a professional company. Highlight of the stay is the amazing Firestone restaurant downstairs and……

“Our unit was clean, spacious, well equipped, and inviting. The community is safe, the grounds are beautiful and we observed wildlife passing our windows often. Lovely location. Will definitely be booking again. ”

“Checked into hotel for a 1 night stay. Hotel clean, staff friendly, rooms are adequate size. Breakfast was good, The drawbacks: train horn all night. Rooms not insulated properly for noise control. Loud talking until 2 am in front of hotel. The room above us had kids or adults running/ walking back and forth which made it difficult. There is a restaurant across from the hotel, subway, Tim Hortons all walking distance. There is a casino that also has a restaurant with reasonable prices. Would I……

“It was nice.”

“Room was clean and stocked. Well lit, bathroom was well supplied. The best part was the staff I dealt with. Young woman that checked me in was pleasant and a cheerful conversationalist. The morning breakfast lady was very nice, took great pride in her work and made me want to stay for coffee. Checkout girl was pleasant, asked about my stay and hoped to see me again. A nice change in today’s world”

“The staff at reception checked me in way before time when I asked for a favour. At breakfast, the bananas were green and not edible, the positive thing is that the staff looked for and found me ripe bananas. Excellent service and pleasant staff.”

“The breakfast was basic but adequate. The rooms are old but clean and have no smell. The staff were all friendly, efficient and informative. Only complaint is the size of the toilet in my room which was extremely small and very low. Would stay at this location again.”

“We booked a suite at this hotel which served us well for visiting with family in town for a funeral. However the room was a little tired looking. There was some peeling wallpaper and the bathroom sink had a terrible smell. The furniture was worn and didn’t look very clean. With no breakfast included they could have done a much better job with having tea and coffee, water, and maybe some cookies or fruit available at all times in a convenient location. As it was, there was coffee and hot water……
