This hotel was really nice and clean. The room was spacious and the Ac was the best. The food was good , I really like everything. The night activity was good but they need to improve . The weather is insane, soooo hot , I would recommend more areas with AC in the hotel like the lobby and restaurant so people will have more comfort

This was an all inclusive, food very good. Staff very friendly. They have excursions you can book in the hotel which made things easy. Very central. There is a language barrier if you do not speak Spanish so just make sure you have a translator app on your phone.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

We loved our stay here! The property is beautiful. The meal staff, manager, activity desk people were all extra kind and helpful. We went on two of their tours and both were excellent. The location makes walking around town easy as well. Highly recommend.

For this high end style resort, it was not worth the money. The food, which was included was poor to mediocre quality and very tiny servings. The service was mediocre, constantly forgetting details like a spoon for your coffee or always needing to be hailed. Not attentive at all for this caliber place. A general lack of amenities like no jacuzzi, sauna, gym, etc. The rooms are nice. Again, for the money, very disappointing in general. We have stayed at many other places at half the cost but with excellent service, food, amenities, etc.

We stayed 7 days while visiting this amazing part of Colombia. The hotel is perfect - a very comfortable base to return to after a day on the river or in the rainforest. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well equipped, with air conditioning, ceiling fans, fridge, insect screens, a safe, a TV (but no news channels) WiFi, and a entrance area with hammock. The restaurant is excellent, and the staff are kind and friendly. Our reservation included half board, which was good considering the lack of places to eat in Leticia, other than street food and fairly basic cafes. The grounds are beautiful, with a great swimming pool. It’s a 5 minute walk to the Amazon boat transport hub, and a 15 minute walk to Brazil! (But take a tuktuk - cheap and quick). The hotel has an excursion desk which we used for all our trips - the organization and logistics were always perfect.

Staff was so accommodating and patient with our limited Spanish. Very friendly and patient while we mucked through the language barrier. Make note that there was English speaking staff there, but Google Translate is a beautiful thing and we worked together to understand each other that we were super appreciative for given our Spanish skills were low. Food and drinks were great, and the hotel itself was very quiet. Felt like we had the place to ourselves sometimes. Rooms were clean and hotel was close to a center entertainment area that had entertainment every night that we were there. Wonderful experience, with really lovely staff. Would definitely recommend to anyone heading out to Leticia.

I really recommend this property to anyone visiting Leticia. The facilities and staff were second to none and the latter bent over backwards to fulfill my requests. Special mention should go to Alex in the hotel's tour office. She assisted in designing tours for me that met my specific needs and all at a great price. Even if you're on a budget, try to stretch it in order to stay at this property. Trust me, it's worth it.

Wunderbares Hotel

After spinning three days at the property and going on two of their tours, I have to say it is one of the best run operations I have ever visited. On an extremely difficult jungle tour, I saw every member of the team and the teams affiliates, provide the most professional, kind, empathetic care to help an 84-year-old woman enjoy the trip with her family. Under conditions that were almost brutal at times, they found ways to allow her to fully participate as part of her group. Not one time that I see the look of impatience or frustration. I guess the best compliment I can give is to say that I would’ve very comfortably placed my own mother‘s care within their hands, and not had one moment of concern. Whoever runs the facility, congratulations. Amazing job.

Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia.

Saludos, Camilo
