We couldn't have found a better fit for our family of 3 on our visit to Switzerland. Bruna at the front desk was truly the most amazing hostess to check us in, give us clarity on parking in town, share courtesy tram passes and remind us how good the breakfast is in the kitchen nook! Her personality and smile was out of this world!!!
We did dinner in the restaurant also and it too was amazing! The fresh squeezed orange juice machine blew my mind and made the courtesy breakfast that much more amazing! The mountain view out of our room was like none I've ever had with it being so close, and the flower boxes perched outside the window added that touch of detail that was just one of many you'll notice when you stay here. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, which after 30k steps hiking is very much appreciated!!!
If this place has an opening for your visit, there is no reason to look elsewhere. Guaranteed you'll be writing a similar 5 star review after your stay.
Enjoy your travels!
Self check in, was not English friendly. Works after figuring it out . Room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Nobody there to ask anything. There is no parking and we parked down the street at a public garage. Breakfast was amazing. Id recommended getting the check in done before arriving and plan on parking down the road
This hotel is exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Leukerbad. Our room was charming and comfortable. The location was perfect for hiking, enjoying the leukerbad therme, and wandering around town. I would highly recommend this hotel.
Very cute hotel, the room was stunning with the interior design. Well placed in the village and they have an easy solution to park the car.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The room was very charming and functional. The staff was lovely from the reception to to the restaurant. The restaurant was lovely and delicious! Recommend highly!
Lovely hotel. We had a stunning room, large and looking onto the little square, 5 minutes from the Walliser Alpentherme baths. We loved the traditional decor of this 18th century hotel.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing: too many people queuing in front of one coffee machine taking forever to make an espresso, or for a fresh squeezed orange juice from a machine that kept on jamming.
Self Check-in and checkout was also on the negative side: nothing like feeling welcome on arrival. As the self-checkin didn’t work, we had to deal with the lovely staff anyway.
Great location, interesting room, missing some plugs but it's still a nice place to stay.
Some reviews say the rooms are too small, it's a chalet! Ofc they are.
Restaurant underneath a little over priced for the quality of the food. The malbec was banging tho.
Worst hotel experience in decades of travel. Not as depicted in the description. Parking was a huge mess, had to park across town, dragging luggage a half mile on heavy hills to the hotel and upstairs. If elderly or with any mobility issues whatsoever, this would not have been possible.
Not able to get in to eat, restaurant staff was overwhelmed and not helpful. Very, very basic hotel. The icing on top was the morning of checkout, there was no secure place to keep luggage while trekking back to the car, so that was a concern, and they gave me the wrong validation ticket. So, after the long walk and stressing about my luggage, I had difficulty even getting my car. Oh, and they’ll be beating on the door every 15 minutes from 0900 until you leave, although checkout is 1030. This is a hotel which should cater to the spa/relaxation crowd, but I left here much more stressed than I arrived.
Switzerland is amazing and every other property I stayed at received 5 stars, but I’d steer clear from this one if you’re hoping for a peaceful vacation stay.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
