Ideal location

Ursula is a very welcoming host. The location of the flat is ideal to enjoy the beach and the bar/restaurants nearby and is near the station (13 min walk) - perfect to visit the Cinque Terre. The flat itself is really nice and comfortable. World recommend in a heartbeat !

Spacious appartment in Levento

Spacious appartment with everything you'll need – we had a lovely stay in Levanto! With kids it is a great plus that the (btw great) outdoor playground/park/piazza is just outdoor the appartment. It can get a little louder in the evenings but the thick walls of the building absorb most of the noise outside.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt; vielen Dank, Frau Nicora, für die freundliche und unkomplizierte Begrüßung, die guten Restaurant-Tipps, den freigehaltenen Parkplatz und den erholsamen Aufenthalt in der wirklich sehr liebevoll gestalteten und eingerichteten Wohnung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, nette Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie beschrieben, perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und hat ein super Bett. Die Lage ist im Zentrum perfekt, alles ist in kurzer Distanz erreichbar. Unter der Woche war es sehr ruhig, am Wochenende war mehr Leben auf der Straße, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Sehr nette Gastgeberin, Empfehlenswert!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in Levanto

Schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet, sehr nette Begrüßung und Einweisung durch die Vermieterin. Auch im Vorfeld schon guter Kontakt mit den wichtigsten Infos zur Anreise. Einstellen muss man sich lediglichdarauf, dass die Wohnung am vor allem am Wochenende belebtesten Platz von Levanto liegt. Aber dafür hat man Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strand quasi vor der Haustür.

Appartamento in pieno centro

Appartamento molto bello, in posizione centrale vicino a tutte le strutture e al mare. L’appartamento è al primo piano proprio sopra ad un’attività di ristorazione, nella casa quindi entra continuamente odore di fritto. Purtroppo, essendo nella piazza principale, ci sono schiamazzi notturni veramente fastidiosi anche sino a notte fonda, peccato.

Urlaub in Levanto

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Ortschaft Levanto sehr genossen. Der Ort ist also Ausgangspunkt optimal, um die Cinque Terre zu erwandern. Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Ortskern, alle relevanten Punkte (Strand, Fußgängerzone, Einkaufsläden etc.) sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Support durch die Vermieterin ist optimal. Wir wurden bei Ankunft gleich persönlich in Empfang genommen, durften die Parkkarte benutzen und die sehr nette aus Deutschland stammende Vermieterin war auch per Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar. Toll. Durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung konnte man den Geräuschpegel der Fußgängerzone noch bis tief in die Nacht hinein hören - aber es gibt zu zum Glück Oropax.

Un appartement confortable et bien situé

Nous avons aimé séjourner dans cet appartement confortable et très pratique. Les deux entrées permettent d’accéder facilement au parking et au parc. Celle sur l’arrière, évite de monter les escaliers. L’appartement est très bien situé pour rejoindre les bateaux, la gare (15 minutes ) et le sentier qui mène au village de Monterosso. De nombreux commerces sont à proximité. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Ursula qui fait tout pour nous rendre le séjour agréable. Merci pour tout.

Dolce Vita à Levanto.

Tout d’abord les démarches avec Ursula ont été rapides et faciles. Son sourire lors de notre arrivée nous a donné l’impression d’arriver dans la famille. L’appartement est conforme à l’annonce. Tout est très fonctionnel et surtout d’une propreté absolue. Il y a des moustiquaires aux fenêtres pour éviter les insectes, la clim’, une TV avec au moins 2 chaînes en Français et tout un tas d’équipements pour la cuisine. L’immeuble se trouve face à un parc qui draine beaucoup de monde, mais pas de voiture. Les soirées sont un peu bruyantes mais les fenêtres permettent une insonorisation parfaite. Tous les commerces et restos sont juste à côté. Le pass pour se garer en ville nous a été préparé par Ursula pour 20€. Il est possible de visiter les Cinques Terre, La Spezia, Portovenere et Portofino sans prendre la voiture. Je conseille cette location et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir si je devais revenir à Levanto. Merci Ursula pour ce petit paradis.

Guter Standort zur Erkundung der Cinque Terre

Perfekter Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung, guter Standort für die Entdeckung der Nachbarorte. Wohnung ist zu einem sehr belebten Platz gelegen, bei geöffneten Fenstern lange recht laut. Die Wohnung hat aber Schallschutzfenster.

Netteste Gastgeberin ever

Sehr zentrale Lage, alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. In der Wohnung gibt’s alles was man braucht. Von Spühlmaschinetabs, Geschirrtüchern bis hin zu Habdtüchern, Wäscheständer und Bügeleisen :-) Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Vermieterin kann man nur gleich ins Herz schließen!

Emplacement top

Très belle expérience dans ce logement idéalement situé dans Levanto qui en plus est un très beau village à taille humaine ( tout est accessible à pied ). Propriétaire super agréable et disponible en cas de besoin. Appartement suffisamment grand pour 4 et avec tout le confort nécessaire. Si je devais signaler un point négatif ( et le seul ), l’aération de la salle de bain qui est bruyante mais on finit par s’y faire.

Schöne Wohnung mitten in schöner verkehrsberuhigter Zone Levantos

Sehr netter Empfang und viele gute Tipps durch Vermieterin, tolle und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Levanto mit schönem, belebtem Park direkt vor der Haustür. Wir konnten von hier aus alles problematisch ohne Auto machen und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
