「Our booking was last minute as our original booking was double booked so we arrived in Vernazza in the pouring rain with no accommodation! This was a beautiful experience, fully renovated top floor (which meant very steep stairs and small doorways) 2 great sized bedrooms with very comfortable beds. The space also had a kitchen and balcony which was lovely to sit out on each morning. We were right in the centre of Vernazza with easy access to all restaurants and walking tracks. The train stations...

「Amazing location with stunning views of the Vernazza harbor! The apartment was perfect for our family of 3. The small bathroom was fine for us but others might need more room. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it was furnished with plenty to cook a meal for yourself. We loved watching sunset on the balcony. A gem! 」

「最差是check in 無人服務，站在住宿樓下進入不到check in, 按鐘無人回應，按照鐘旁邊寫的電話號碼WhatsApp 終於有人回應，回應要我進行網上填表check in, 填好等到兩點check in 時間，仍然無人出現，無人開門，在街等了兩個多小時，WhatsApp 追問，仍只是回覆 「Ring the bell and call the number」，我不斷 ring the bell 都無反應，call the phone number 無回答 ！最後好彩有那棟大厦住戶才可以進入，先可以上到二樓按照網上指示進入及取房匙。 原來全程無人服務，酒店想全自動，但係開門技術配合不到！ 我住四日，投訴無人清潔，才有一日有人做清潔，厠紙用晒都無人補充。 同住另一對外國人都是因進不到大門check 而十分不滿，真 0 服務 ！ 如果撞到一些不懂英文，肯定不懂填表網上check in, 真是不知如何取房！」

「Charming studio apartment located right off the main street in Vernazza. Clean, roomy and conveniently located to food, the train stations and trails to Corniglia and Monterosso. Only one downside...the stairs are numerous, steep and uneven. You might have difficulties if you have a lot of luggage or have trouble with stairs.」

「My room was beautiful and comfortable, located on a Main Street full of shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!」

「We had a major problem checking in due to a variety of circumstances and missed our first night there. People need to know that this apartment is booked through a rental agency. It’s also good to know that there a a number of steps to reach the apartment. Otherwise, a great place to stay in Vernazza!」
