This is our second time staying at this home. It is clean and spacious and a beautiful lake setting. We especially loved that we could bring our family dog and include her in our vacation. We had such a wonderful time here! The house was set up with everything we could need for a relaxing stay. The view is unbeatable - we loved being on a quiet street while also a short drive from places like Harbor Springs, Petoskey, and Mackinac Island, as well as the Walmart for essentials. The pier, fire pit, and big screen TV were essential for more chill days. The property team was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions. A relaxing week on the lake.

Our family had a great time at the house. We had plenty of space to spread out, and the home was warm and inviting with fabulous views of Lake Douglas. Of course we spent most of our time outside enjoying the kayaks, swimming, and watching the woodpeckers from the comfy deck chairs.

Douglas Lake Wonderful Cottage

This is a fabulous 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage that is lakeside. We stayed for a full week and loved every minute of our stay. Kayaks are available and the home is furnished with many extras including laundry room, binoculars, and sleeps 8. We loved sitting on the large deck watching the moon rising and seeing the ducks and many birds during the daytime.
