Staff were rude. Hotel has potential but they have let it get run down. The common areas are very nice but the room needs and update. Breakfast staff is very rude and breathing down your neck the whole time to make sure you don’t take too much. Good breakfast selection though.

The reception staff are exceptional. The staff in charge of breakfast were wonderful. I am Gluten Free and notified the hotel of this in advance to see if they had options for me. Every day there was a basked of gluten free bread, crackers, and muffins on my assigned table. The staff were friendly, helpful and extremely good at hospitality. The air conditioning unit in our room was old and had a hard time keeping the room cool when it was really hot outside. The unit is also a bit noisy. The room was comfortable, the bathroom very clean and well equipped. Great location, only a 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian street and 15 minutes from the lake.

Een historisch rustiek hotel, met 120 jaar geschiedenis. Vernieuwde kamers, sommige met zicht op het Levico meer. Bijzonder uitgebreid ontbijt met veel variatie. Uitstekend management. Zeer giede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.

Un hotel che ha molti anni ma viene mantenuto bene. Molto preparato e gentile il personale e sempre disponibile a soddisfare le richieste del cliente. Ottima la cucina, con molta scelta nel menù e un cuoco che sa fare molto bene il suo lavoro. I piatti vengono preparati con molta cura del dettaglio e sono veramente buoni.

Il personale della reception molto cortese e disponibile. La posizione dell'albergo è strategica per Levico Terme. La colazione molto ricca per soddisfare tutti i gusti ed esigenze. La camera un pò vetusta con letti non troppo comodi e con 2 letti 2 piazze alla francese troppo ingombranti per la dimensione della camera, con il riscaldamento bloccato che non si poteva regolare con temperatura troppo elevate tanto da dormire con la finestra aperte nel bagno si potrebbe cambiare lo spazzolino del WC.

Tutto perfetto

Ho soggiornato all hotel Eden in occasione della gara la30trentina e devo dire che è stato tutto perfetto. Camera spaziosa ,bagno grandissimo e letti comodissimi colazione abbondante e spa molto bella il tutto completato da una disponibilità eccezionale di tutto il personale.

Ho passato un week end di relax in questo albergo dotato di SPA. Mi ha colpito la professionalità e cordialità del personale ed il generale livello dell'ordine e la pulizia. Ho usufruito del servizio massaggi. Gli arredi sono vecchi ma puliti e mantenuti in ottimo stato e conferiscono all'ambiente la giusta immagine. La posizione é ottima ed ho apprezzato anche la vista panoramica dal terrazzo.

Che dire.. hotel meraviglioso, la posizione ottima!Vista fronte lago, parcheggio gratuito,wi-fi gratuito. Staff gentilissimo, camera climatizzata e perfettamente in ordine e pulita! L'area wellness davvero rilassante e intima! A pochi minuti dal lago e attaccati al centro storico, tra l'altro bellissimo!! Sicuramente lo consiglio e ci tornerò molto volentieri!

Für eine Übernachtung auf dem Weg nach Venedig entdeckten wir zuerst diesen Thermal-Ort und dann das Hotel. Wir kamen zwar spät aber das einchecken ging problemlos. Auch bekamen wir eine Empfehlung für ein Restaurant in der Nähe, welches sich als sehr gut erwies! Am Morgen das Frühstücksbuffet war fein, wenn auch die Servicekraft etwas streng schien.Es kann gut sein, dass wir hier noch einmal übernachten werden, die Gegend ist nämlich sehr schön und der See nahe.

Abbiamo pernottato a Levico un notte in occasione di una visita ai mercatini e ad amici. Abbiamo scelto l' hotel Eden per l'amtosfera d'altri tempi, la zona centrale e soprattutto perche dotato di piccola ma deliziosa area benessere e piscina. Bellissimo. Consigliamo.
