「La chambre est plutot bien décorée mais ça ne suffit pas. La literie n'est franchement par terrible. Le personnel de la réception est vraiment très professionnel et serviable. Gros gros bémol pour la partie restaurant où clairement l'organisation (notamment du diner) est à revoir... on a dû patienter plus de 40mn pour être installés alors que nous avions réservé et que la moitié de la salle était vide... Tout ça pour que 20mn après avoir enfin pu être installé à une table les serveuses...

「Extremely rude, unhelpful and unprofessional Hotel management - do not stay here if you want a hotel to care about your well being. On arrival yesterday in a heatwave of 40 degrees the air conditioning was not working on our room. I raised this issue with the manager as it was unbearably hot and uncomfortable in our room. The property is advertised as having air conditioning. When I asked for a fan or any other help, he just repeatedly assured me it was working and refused to actually check...

「Spotlessly clean. Excellent staff. Pool was covered for our stay. What made this stay memorable was the restaurant attached. One of the best 3 course meals I can remember and unbelievable value for money. Fantastic wine list to boot. If you stay here you must try the restaurant. The hotel was not busy but the restaurant was full. The breakfast in the separate hotel dining room was only average but acceptable. The bed I found much too hard so I did not sleep that well. I would stay here again...
