Welcome to this beautifully maintained second-floor condo featuring an open floor plan with a spacious living, dining, and kitchen area—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. The living room offers ample seating and a large Smart TV, while the dining area includes a high-top bar with seating for three and an oversized table for eight. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and a convenient island.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and en-suite bath with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and generous closet space. The oversized third bedroom is perfect for families or groups, with one full and two twin beds, a large double closet, and under-bed storage. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and cable. A full bath with tub/shower combo, laundry area with washer/dryer, and additional storage are conveniently located between the second and third bedrooms. Step through the sliding doors to a screened-in porch with a high-top bar table and four stools, then continue to the outdoor deck with additional seating and tranquil pond views.
Enjoy the community pool with lounge chairs, umbrellas, and extended hours, just steps from your door. A two-minute walk takes you to the Georgetown-Lewes Bike Trail, Old World Bread Bakery, and Beach Time Distillery. Located just off Coastal Highway in a peaceful area of New Road, the Reserves at Nassau offers easy access to Lewes Beach, shopping, dining, the Cape May-Lewes Ferry, and nearby beach towns including Rehoboth, Dewey, Bethany, and Ocean City. All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package. SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
