Great Host, Great Location

The host was awesome and kept us informed up to check-in so we had no worries once arriving. The neighborhood is very quiet but close to plenty of stores and the downtown area of Lewisburg. Also within driving distance to many hiking opportunities and caves. It was perfect for our short 2-night stay. Definitely recommended!

Clean and Quiet

We had a nice restful stay. This was our third time to stay here. The house is always clean, the kitchen has what you need to cook or just have a cup of coffee, and the neighborhood is quiet. The host is an excellent communicator. We will be staying here again on our next trip to the area.

Great little spot

Ryan the host was very communicative and helpful. This home is in a great spot, near enough to businesses but on a quiet street. The home was clean, and the kitchen fully stocked with needed equipment. The bed could have been more comfortable. Overall a good stay!

Clean and well appointed

The owner is thoughtful by providing a dog bed and food dish/water bowl for our dog. Even provided a spare toothbrush in case someone forgot theirs. Simple check in and check out.

Wonderful place

This location is a hidden little gem. The host was more than accommodating. The price was great. Its located within a 15 min drive to Greenbrier and a few minutes to historic Lewisburg. We would definitely rent it again.

Everything was wonderful!

The place was very clean, the roads in the neighborhood were kept plowed during the storm, and there was plenty of extra stock of things like paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, and laundry detergent! Thank you all again, it was perfect! :)

Super comfortable

Ryan is such a great host! He gave us the choice of flannel or regular sheets! The neighborhood was quiet, the beds comfortable, and the living room and kitchen spacious and well-appointed. Loved being able to do a load of laundry after a hard day of hiking, while enjoying a show on his giant TV. Thanks, Ryan!

Second stay still a good choice

This is our second stay at Ryan's place. Just like last time he had great communication. The house is clean and has plenty of things in the kitchen to make the stay easier. The neighborhood is quiet and things are easily accessible. Thanks for having us!

Ryan's Fairlea house

It was a quiet clean little place to stay. Walking distance to a grocery store and fast food joints. I met Ryan the owner, he was a super nice guy, he was flexible and easy to work with. His place was stocked with all the essentials. I was there for work, but it would be a great home base for a vacation getaway. There's plenty to see in the surrounding towns. If I'm ever in the area for work or pleasure I will definitely contact Ryan and see If he has a place available to stay.

Celebration

Very clean and quiet. It looks just like the online pictures. We came to celebrate a very special birthday (100years) for our Aunt a short distance away. This was perfect for a short get away.

Perfect quiet retreat spot

Was visiting family in Fairlea, and this place was perfect! Ryan though of all the little details to make for a nice stay. Different coffees, well stocked kitchen with all the necessities, and he even had extra toiletries in case you forgot something! The house was very clean, the bedding, comfortable and the living room was just perfect! It's in a very nice, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to stores and restaurants. Will be booking my next stay there soon!
