They were so friendly they were so attentive and helpful! If I go back to Lake Como, I would stay there again! I loved the fact that they had free breakfast every morning and free water service when they came to clean my room! The bed was unbelievable, I got good rest! My view from my room was amazing and peaceful. Huge shout out to the entire staff and the restaurant staff as well! The food was amazing and the service was too. As an AA I appreciated the customer service, the laughs and hospitality ❤️

I would have given 5 stars if the restaurant was up and running but the restaurant was under construction. Everything is excellent, not as busy as other places so it is very romantic, beautiful and quiet away from the noisy part of Lake Como. Perfect get away place to stay for us.
