"Airport Shuttle is non existent in real time. Never saw any in more than an hour we waited at the airport or in half an hour we waited at the hotel. "

"First, we were checked into a room that had not been cleaned. The second room we got was absolutely filthy, sticky floors.The room was in bad shape. No a safe area either. Will never stay again. "

"The tv in my room did not work the entire time I was there they didn’t try to fix it or accommodate me for the problem "

"I didn’t see the kitchen. Breakfast was good. Easy to find shuttle. Not very good neighborhood. Not easy to find places to eat if one does not have a car"

"Very nice clean hotel. Room was amazing and the staff was super friendly. The restaurant downtown stairs was really good and the manager of the restaurant who was on duty the day I stayed was awesome! I forgot his name but he was amazing and provided good customer service! I’ll definitely make this my hotel of choice when I visit Baytown which is once a month. "

"One night stay. Poor breakfast & no amenities. Bed was not very comfortable. Glad it was only 1 night. "
