“Terrible experience. We were not provided an access email or key to enter the room, and waited for over an hours outside until we finally were able to receive the email with the code to enter the building and room. For some, they may enjoy a super small 25 sqm room with only a small couch as a bed. But for us, there was no joy because there was no electricity or hot water in the room! When we spoke (again) with the property manager, he and his dad assumed the electricity was likely turned off……
