Located in Licata, Villa "Nicolai - First Floor" offers you a fantastic view of the mountains. The 130 m² property features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 10 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV, heating, air conditioning, fan, and washing machine. A crib and high chair are also available.



Enjoy your own covered private terrace and a shared pool, as well as a garden with barbecue and outdoor shower. Cala del Re, a restaurant with sea views, is right across from the property. Bars and the beach are just 200 meters away on foot. The villa is also close to Agrigento, the Scala dei Turchi, San Leone, and the Valley of the Temples.
