"Would not let us check in. We called three separate times first letting him know we would be late due to traffic but he would not take the time to listen, he hung up on is every time. Got to the property to try to talk in person and wouldn’t even answer the intercom. Very rude, we were prepared to get charged for late check in too but didn’t make it in the door and had to drive all over to find another place to stay at 10pm. Luckily key club helped us and very friendly 10 mins away. "

Be sure to confirm whether breakfast is included or not. We were told it wasn’t but our confirmation from Expedia said it was? Just grab a coffee and pastry then have an early lunch at a restaurant or bar overlooking the sea instead."
