“The host was exceedingly responsive, which left everything worry-free. I was there a bit earlier and my room had already been ready. The property is in a historic building in the centre of the old city centre, high ceiling and beautiful, and easy access to everything. The best thing is that comes with a lift, so heavy suitcases were not a problem at all. The host was very kind and texted me to ensure everything went fine and if I needed anything - very kind and nice of her. The room type I……

“This was a great place to stay. The owners were so helpful. I made a mistake. It was a little bit far out of town and I didn't have a car. The owner did help me organise transportation when I asked for it. I think this is a good place for solo trips and families.”

“Veldig rene rom, gode senger og puter. Fint bad. Gammelt bygg, med nyoppussede rom i et bynært område. Veldig mye trafikkstøy utendørs, men godt isolert så lav lyd inne. Fin balkong. God kaffe. Veldig gammel heis, vi ble sittende fast i heisen, og måtte vente der i 30 minutter før reparatørene kom. Anbefaler ikke å bruke heisen, så litt langt å gå opp og ned 5 etasjer. Kort vei å gå til gamlebyen og togstasjonen (10 min). Takk for oss, vi koste oss veldig i Bari!”

“ABSOLUTELY NO communication with management. 5 emails and 2 calls to number provided with check in email met with NO response to the request for WiFi password and we had no Wi-Fi access for our entire stay. There was NO information provided about anything connected to the room so we had no one to contact. There seemed to be 20 rooms in the unit so if Wonderful Italy has a manager there they need to do some SERIOUS training. Room was nice, clean and had a great kitchen but no starter supplies……

“Wir waren 5 Tage bei Francesco zu Gast und hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse in der Morgensonne war jeden Morgen ein echtes Highlight – sehr großzügig und liebevoll vorbereitet. Die Lage ist hervorragend und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den tollen Service und die Hilfsbereitschaft von Francesco, der uns jederzeit freundlich unterstützt hat. Außerdem hat er uns ein Taxi zum Flughafen organisiert, was die Abreise sehr entspannt……
