Typical Scandinavian wooden chalet, starting from walking, cycling, ... Isolated, with a view overlooking the Lienne valley and the village of Trou de Bra. Beautiful large sheltered south-east terrace and south-facing terrace. Equipped with every comfort. The warm, exotic atmosphere, in a typical and simple style, invites serenity, relaxation, reunion with family or friends. Located in the Lierneux region (all shops at 8 km), it offers many possibilities to savor the pleasures and beauties of nature.

Charming wooden cottage with many amenities

It was an excellent stay. We had a warm welcome by the host, the house has a beautiful view over the valley, it was clean and tidy, the beds were comfortable, plenty of plates, cups, cutlery and so on, warm shower, many (board)games for adults and kids, definetly worth for repeat.

Very good

In general everything was very good only pay attention this chalet has only 3 bedrooms and not 4. There are sleeping possibilities for multiple people and large groups but with less privacy. Owner was easy to reach and friendly.

Fijn en zeer mooi en rustig gelegen vakantiehuis

Een groot houten huis met 3 slaapkamers en 1 open ruimte met een tweepersoonsbed, een grote overdekte veranda en veel buitenruimte om lekker te zitten en te eten. Het huis is wat gedateerd wellicht, maar dat heeft ook z'n charme. Binnen is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, er zijn twee toiletten en 1 badkamer. De communicatie met Jean was prettig en snel, hij denkt graag mee qua aankomst en vertrektijden. De locatie is prima, middenin de Ardennen. La Roche, Spa, Malmedy, Remouchamps en Trois Pont allemaal binnen een half uur rijden. En natuurlijk volop fiets- en wandelmogelijkheden. Kortom, een prima verblijf!

Super content !

Nous sommes venu avec des jeunes, pour qu’ils puissent apprendre les tâches du quotidien, en vue de leur futur autonomie. Ils ont vraiment appréciés l’expérience, et le chalet nous permettait d’avoir une parfaite immersion. Nous avons passé de très belle soirée à discuter autour du brasero dans le jardin, dans un magnifique carde, sous un ciel étoilé comme nous n’avions jamais vue ! Je tiens personnellement à souligner que j’apprécie beaucoup le principe de « l’auberge Espagnole », c’est à dire que le chalet contient pas mal de choses dont on peut se servir, et en échange, nous y laissons des choses à notre départ. Je tiens également à remercier monsieur Renier pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, et son suivie. C’est donc avec plaisir que nous reprendrons le chalet l’an prochain pour une troisième année consécutive.

Heel fijn weekend!

We hebben een heel fijn weekend gehad, even weg van de alledaagse hectiek. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar! Het huis is fijn, groot en heel compleet. De locatie is prachtig, rustig en een fijne uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen of uitstapjes. We werden verwelkomd met locale drankjes en mochten de laatste dag langer blijven, wat echt voelde als een cadeautje! :-)

Ben met vrienden geweest en het huisje was heel goed! Jammer genoeg waren er wel een paar dingen vies als in bestek of broodroosters. En de oven was niet geweldig dus grote pizzas enzovoort kon niet echt. Overal de sfeer en plek zelf is echt een aanrader en kom graag weer!
