「 Do not stay at this hotel. We had a very bad experience. The room door would not close properly, and when we came back, we were able to push it open without using a key, which is a serious safety issue. They charged $150 to our card, claiming it was because of a mark on a sheet. I called four times to explain the situation, but they told me they cannot refund the money. On top of that, the hotel is extremely noisy. You can hear people talking and arguing outside, as well as footsteps from the...

「Loved the free hot breakfast with some variation of sausages and eggs. There's a waffle maker too. We took advantage of the Happy Hour, which ended at 7:30pm. Coors beer, non descriptive red and white wine and soda. One night had crunchy snack mix, another night had cheese and crackers. Staff was efficient. Breakfast staff was top notch. Free parking was super easy. Quiet at night.」

Marriott as a brand is what I would select with the expectation that an acceptable level of cleanliness would be provided. Too many recent (last 2-3 years) disappointments. I can not rely on Marriott. Going forward, Marriott can not rely on me as a customer」
