"We loved staying here for 2 nights. Martina was extremely friendly and helpful. She lives on property and was accessible when needed, she made us breakfast every morning and gave us tips to move around the town. The place is clean, the amenities were great, the food, the room, the WiFi, TV and AC/heater. It was very quiet and comfortable to sleep and rest. It is very close to the train station by walking and the bus stop too, going to Sorrento is only about 15 minutes in bus. I highly recommend...

"This is a beautiful hotel and great location. Walking distance from the square with some great shops along the way. We, actually were staying for two nights and ended up staying two extra we enjoyed it so much. The staff are all very helpful and polite. The breakfast buffet was enormous something for everyone. The rooms are very clean with a big shower and all rooms have a patio. The sea view if fabulous, if you get one of these rooms you will be spoiled. Can't wait to go back next year."

The location is perfect—as are the breakfasts and the cleanliness—but above all, I recommend it for the staff; they are incredibly friendly and provide high-quality service. Staying there was a dream, and they exceeded my expectations—from the breakfasts right by the sea to their assistance with booking reservations for Capri and other destinations. "Good location, hotel offers a shuttle from 6-11 pm to near Piazza Tasso. That alone saves close to $50 a day in cab fares. Breakfast is good with several choices including scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, sweet breads, yogurt, fruit, and good coffee. Pool is nice, also has sauna and massages. Employees are cheerful and very helpful. Shuttle driver Frank and Mario at the front desk were delightful! Frank even came back to get us after 11 when the shuttle would not accommodate everyone who needed to go back to the hotel."

"This hotel is one of the finest properties at which I've stayed in the entire world. I've traveled to many countries and experienced some great hotels, but this is my favorite. The location is as ideal as one could imagine. It came under new ownership two years ago and they must have spent tens of millions on the renovation. The hotel is immaculate. Stunningly gorgeous with a view you'll remember for all your days. The rooms are beautiful - white, blue and green with fabulous beds. The bar looks like it is a refreshed version of a bygone era in all its opulence and charm. The food was very good. Every meal is well executed and the staff are at the ready to make sure you have an amazing stay. Superior cocktails and spritzes and a small but impressive wine list filled with local gems. A couple of people to call out in particular include Giancarlo who welcomed us with warmth and a great tour of the property while our room was being readied. He made us feel welcome from the Sergio the maitre d' is a joy to be around and a true professional. He makes the experience better with his charm and kindness. He elevates the staff and is a highlight of any dinner looking out on the sea. The restaurant staff are excellent as is the barman. It is an expensive part of the world, but when you're at the Europa Palace, you feel like you're getting service and an experience that meets or exceeds the price."

"It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go.."

"This hotel is ideally located - Sant'Agnello is only a 20-30 minute walk from the middle of Sorrento, 5 mins from the train station which will get you to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Naples. There's a bus at the end of the road which will get you to Positano and Amalfi. It's a lot quieter than all those places and has some really great and reasonably-priced places to eat - particularly the Trattoria just a few doors down (book or go early to get into that one!). The manager at the hotel was so helpful, a friendly face and full of information."
