「Great hotel, very nice, staff friendly, food very good」

「It is a place I would be delighted to revisit on my next trip to Birmingham. The atmosphere was very peaceful, which I greatly appreciated. Entering the building was straightforward, thanks to the provided code. Throughout my stay, I had no need to raise any concerns with the host. The room was generously sized and equipped with an iron, tea, and coffee. 「Everything was perfect, the room was so big and nice, the bathroom was amazing, and they even gave gowns, towels, a hair dryer and an iron. The pillows and bed were exceptional too. My only gripe was that the TV wasn't a smart TV so you couldn't watch netflix or YouTube on it, other than that my stay was perfect.」

「Lovely little guest house with the restaurant below it. The person at the checkout was welcoming and friendly, he brought my luggage up for me to my room which is really helpful because there's no lift, only stairs. Food was delicious (Asian-approved spiciness) and staff was nice.
