The room was clean and the location was perfect. Easy to check yourself in and park. It was disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room & tea coffee wasn’t great. I think for the price I would have expected some toiletries and at least bottled water. Very basic and the lighting at the top of the stairs only came on when you were under it and if you are staying in an attic room you can’t see.

Amazing accommodation, felt really nice and the bath was perfect! It’s huge! So my 6ft 5 husband was delighted. Clean and tidy, nice and warm with aircon. Lovely pillows and duvet, but unfortunately the mattress was terrible. The bed sloped down at the head of the bed, and dipped in the middle. Not the best nights sleep. I’d stay again but I’d try a different room hoping the bed was better. You can tell they have aimed for quality, and it shows in the taps, underfloor heating and bedding. My only negative comment is the bed/mattress

Really grateful for the parking video I received, or I'd have never found it. Parking was secure. The room was cosy and very comfortable, and exceptionally clean. I was really pleased with the bath tub and the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Amenities were lovely natural products that smelt divine. The only gripe I had was that the guests upstairs were having a shower quite late & the pipes were loud. Otherwise, excellent hotel and I'll be staying again.

Loved staying at this hotel the room was a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom, coming and going was made really easy, secure and free parking, only 10 minutes walk into the centre, also a great breakfast place round the corner, would highly recommended staying here, will definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay, we were given room 14 which was round the back which felt more private and had a massive bathroom and roll top bath. Room was incredibly well put together and the bed was really comfy - would 100% come back next time we're in Birmingham
