The location was perfect, the suite was beautiful and well appointed. Felt very pampered. The parking was so easy and hard to find in the area, the back area was nice surprise.

Scrupulously clean and stylish serviced rooms in Edgbaston just a hair away from the University. If, like me, you can manage without a restaurant, gym and pool, you won't find anything better anywhere close to the prices. I've used them for the second time in two weeks, which probably tells you how I found things.

Lovely room and amenities and would stay again due to location but our room was next to an entrance door which was quite loud. Mattress was not very comfortable. Carpets could do with a clean but everything else was relatively clean.

Slightly unusual but nonetheless positive virtual check in I.e code to get through the front door then key safe outside your room, but it worked perfectly well. These are essentially high quality serviced rooms which are decoratively very pleasant and in a quiet part of town. For someone with a kid at the University like me, this is 10 minutes walk from Halls of Residence, and much higher quality roo.s than one might expect for the price. If you can cope with self check in/out, and the lack of a restaurant/pool/gym, I suspect you will be very happy, as I was.

The room was clean and the location was perfect. Easy to check yourself in and park. It was disappointing that there was no bottled water in the room & tea coffee wasn’t great. I think for the price I would have expected some toiletries and at least bottled water. Very basic and the lighting at the top of the stairs only came on when you were under it and if you are staying in an attic room you can’t see.
