We are delighted to welcome you in our adorable three-room apartment for up to 5 guests located in a building with lift situated in a great area only 300 m from the beach and a short walking distance from both the center of Lignano Pineta and Lignano Riviera.
The neighborhood is rich with points of interest, ensuring that there is something for everyone to enjoy. The area is dotted with a variety of bars and restaurants, offering a range of dining options from casual bites to gourmet meals.
In the accommodation you will find a nice living room with a double sofa-bed, a fully equipped kitchen with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher, a bathroom with a shower box, a lovely bedroom with a double bed, a second nice bedroom with a single bed and a nice terrace.
To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with washing machine, tv-sat and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 50 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
