Our nicely furnitured studio apartment, located on the ground floor of a residence at 200 mt from the beach, consist of a living-dining-room with a double bed and a double sofa bed, a big terrace overlooking the pool with table and chairs, a cooking corner, a windowed bathroom with an open shower, a safebox and a numbered covered parking place.
In our studio apartment you will find air conditioning, apart from a satellite TV. By the pool, in the common area, WI-FI is provided. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
