「Gelegen vlak bij het centrum, in een stille buurt. Het ontbijt was royaal, gebracht op het uur dat we wensten. Het is een zeer gerieflijk klein huisje, waar alles aanwezig is. Top host(ess)! Ideaal voor een koppel, mooie wandelstreek. Altijd iets te beleven.」

「Très agréable petit appartement proche du centre ville et à proximité d'une merveilleuse boulangerie. Deux petits bémols tout de même : l'étroitesse de la porte de douche et la faible hauteur de celle de la salle d'eau et les deux chiens du voisin. Très bon séjour de 5 nuitées toutefois. 」

Our whole family was grateful and enchanted by both the town and the apartment; and the accommodations were practically convenient as well as charming. 「The most amazing property with superb views, oodles to do for entertainment. The pool and spa facilities are amazing and all the sports equipment were well used by our family group. There was 38 of us, across three generations and we would visit again in a heart beat!」

「A fascinating property with a history. Fabulous views of the chateau from the bedroom windows and from the courtyard. Right in the centre of Saumur, but had a large heated indoor swimming pool. The extra treat was the pool table and pinball machine. It was easy enough to reverse the cars into the courtyard with practice. It was lovely and convenient for restaurants, the chateau and the bakery. Gilles, our host was at the end of a phone if we needed him. Nicole the housekeeper made us welcome...
