「床很舒服，但隔音有點差，電視不好用網路連線很爛，無法連線觀看YouTube」

「The hotel is okay. It's not a fancy hotel with many amenities, which is fine because its price is competitive compared to other hotels on the island. In my opinion, it would be perfect if it were cleaner. The bedsheets and pillowcases were stained, as were some of the towels, and the shower was gross, especially the walls. The room also had a weird smell. They offer complimentary coffee in the mornings, which is a nice touch. The AC worked perfectly, I didn't have any issues with parking (it...

「Great value stay in Kauai, especially for families. This is probably the best value hotel we’ve stayed at in Hawaii. It’s not a luxury resort, but it offers everything you need. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained without feeling outdated. The location is a huge plus. It’s close to the airport and within easy walking distance to Coconut Marketplace, where you can find restaurants and a grocery store. Not needing to drive for meals or snacks was extremely convenient. The...

「We were initially placed in a hallway where construction was taking place, and the room was quite dusty. Thankfully, we were able to move to a different floor, which was much nicer, although it was right next to a very loud elevator. The pool area was beautiful, but the layout was inconvenient. You have to walk through the cold pool to access three of the hot tubs, which wasn’t ideal. We also ate at the poolside restaurant, and while the food was great, the pigeons were aggressive and...

「1. This is a privately owned unit 2417 within the resort and as such, the resort hands you key bracelets and you are on your own from there. No services from staff for your unit. 2. Upon arrival, the door to 2417 has the closer set much to tightly so it requires brute force to open and a shoulder to prevent slammed closures. 3. Serious neglect regarding painting of walls, ceiling and trim. The bottom of the bathroom door trim is rusted out and the door glide is missing. 4. The shower curtain is...

「Great Stay. Originally booked the room through Alex, not through the resort. Due to the recent hurricane damage, the original room and whole ground floor had to undergo repairs during the week of our stay. Alex made it right for us. The room owner set me up to have the resort assign us a room equal to the room I originally booked. Second floor room, with a great partial pool view and mostly ocean view. Was very pleased.」

「The view from the room was amazing. We could see the sunrise from bed each morning and even enjoyed watching the rain and surf during a storm. We can't wait to come back.」

「The staff at the front desk was so nice!」

「This property was perfect for island adventuring that our family wanted to experience. The host was very responsive, when we had questions. The resort pool area was very enjoyable for our family of 4 (two teenage girls), when we were not adventuring around the island.」

「Great place to stay with children. Very centrally located and the pools were very kid friendly. 」

「Didn’t use the pool. The place is well kept but just on the older side. We booked last minute. Communication and the people are excellent. 」

「This room is a slice of heaven! The view of the resort pools and ocean is amazing! Make sure you wake up by six thirty to catch the stunning sunrise daily either on the Lanai or walk five minutes to the beach and take a morning stroll as you view the loveliness! The location is perfect. Only thirty minutes to Poipu and forty five minutes to Hanalei. You can take a leisurely two mile walk to Lydgate beach and swim and snorkel the protected reef lagoon. The room is well appointed and has very...
