The front staff was polite but didn’t radiate any warmth and made it clear the VRBO was not to call with any concerns or included in hotel amenities. The light upon entering was not working, We did not contact anyone, just worked around it. The rotating fan was much appreciated for some air movement while we slept. The balcony view was of the parking lot & a side pool with a fountain of a neighboring building. You could also see the highway and mountains in the background which was nice. The weather didn’t cooperate- but the location made seeing the east side attractions quite easily. The refrigerator was helpful, bath towels were nice- beach towels a bit worn, and a microwave would be a nice addition. Overall, we would stay again at this hotel and in this room. It was a great value and location.

Room is a little dated but nice and clean. Good size room with a large fridge, Bathroom water pressure is lacking but otherwise adequate. No partial ocean view as advertised. Overall nice property with a great pool and water slide. 2 pools are 6 feet deep which is nice. Another pool has a volleyball net and some balls available. Property is on the beach but its very rocky and not good for swimming. Only one restaurant as the beach bar was closed. Some construction going on was a bit noisy at times but not too bad. Overall a good value and would stay here again for the price.

our host was great, the room was perfect for our needs, it ended up close enough to our family. The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was no lobby and you have to change buildings and 2 elevator rides to get to the restaurant/pool/bar but that’s not Lily’s fault and she did let us know in advance. KBR is a great central location on the island. Easy access to anywhere. Thankful for Lily and her room, it made for a great family vacation!

Entire hotel is under major renovation. Place simply should not be hosting tenants. There is no lobby and no quick access to pools / beach / rest of property / restaurants. The door locks didn’t even work and had to be changed before I entered. Host was very unresponsive and apathetic to the situation.

Great stay!

We had a great time staying here. In the middle of two towns and easy access to great beaches. The pools and hot tubs were very nice and provided for a great overall stay.

Excellent Location

We were greeted by friendly efficient staff and had an excellent stay. This location was perfect for easily seeing the sites we wanted to visit. The pools and beach on this property were wonderful.

Really was great for our stay. Appreciated the sun block and roll of paper towels.. Everything was suoerb, the pricing through booking with VRBO allowed us to stay at a first class resort for a rate I could afford.. Would love to come back

Excellent!

Great resort and room with a lot to offer. However, the beach was rather disappointing as it was almost non existent. Still deserves 5 stars as Kauai has many wonderful beaches to visit.

The resort room and facilities were clean. The resort staff were very friendly and helpful. The sunrises were beautiful. The dining options at the resort were nice and the resort was close to a variety of dining options and other tourist activities.

Perfect location

We loved the location and the property. The perfect midpoint between the two sides of the island. The resort was so beautiful. Got the best sunrises! Would stay here again for sure.
