「Place was comfortable and clean. Easy to check in and out. View was amazing from balcony over looking Pacific Ocean. Very quiet!」

「Could not get over the view. The resort was gorgeous and the balcony showed it all including the beach. The room was basic but fit our needs. Plenty of towels for the two of us for beach and home. The pool and hot tub were great. The beach on the property was not great. Not for swimming, but nice to walk down and listen to from our room. Did not love the resort daily parking fee. It was as much as our car rental and because the property was secluded you had to pay it. Location was great tho....

「This is our third time staying at Kappa Sands with our small family. We absolutely love it. The beach is perfect for young kids, walk down the beach and the surf is perfect for riding waves. The pool is as always an attraction. We have family meals with all the kitchen appliances you need and a big refrigerator. The life is so sweet at at our little piece of aloha.」

「Beautifully decorated well stocked home, wide open kitchen & living room, great amenities. Washer & dryer and A/C in every room was a real plus. Close to town & shops. A real shame trees too overgrown to really see the water from the balcony, would have been nice to enjoy. Homeless nearby never bother. Overall pleasant stay」

「Host was very prompt with responses to questions throughout the entire process. House was extremely clean and had everything needed to cook and enjoy the multiple lanais while watching the sun go down with a cocktail in hand. Plenty of space to spread for our group of three couples or to be together in a common living room. Lots of stairs, but well lit and worth every step. Would definitely recommend for adults looking for a quality place to explore the island!」

「We have been to Kauai several times but found Ohana House at Fern Grotto to be the best yet. The house was fully stocked with all the amenities, the grounds were beautiful, the additional water equipment and bikes were a huge bonus. The location was great too. Highly recommended.」

「房間很大預定時介紹2房入住時發現有3間房間可住6人,價格便宜,廚房很大各種餐具及廚具都齊全, 甚至有小包的調味料可使用! 房間面海VIEW很好,但是有點潮濕且整個客廳房間都鋪滿地毯,感覺有踩起來也有點潮濕,房間無空調但是很通風不悶熱,只是入睡時外面海浪很吵,風聲也大! 天氣好時在陽台可觀星,滿天星空很美~」

「We had an ocean view, next to the little river or inlet. Lovely on the balcony! The unit clearly is a bit dated. While clean, it had carpet stains and tears, but all the fixtures worked well and the overall experience was just superb. We would go back.」

Mounque was very responsive and helpful, and he obviously cares very much that we had a great experience. The location was fabulous as it is centrally located, giving easy access to all areas of the island while being close to grocery shopping and other needs.
