「From the warm welcome to the warm goodbye, the staff at this hotel are some of the friendliest I've ever encountered. Nothing was too much trouble. Their knowledge of Stockholm is, of course, excellent but the enthusiasm with which they share it is infectious. Our room had lovely amenities, the only slight complaint was it could have been a degree or two warmer, as the temperature outside dropped while there but the bed was very comfortable and warm. 「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」
