I enjoyed my stay here. It’s a very nice hotel. The rooms are in great shape. The bed was comfortable. The hotel itself felt very high end to me. The staff were kind and very helpful. For those that don’t speak French, like myself, they were able to help me in English. Greatly appreciated. I will stay here again next time I find myself in Lille.

The hotel offers comfortable accommodations with well-appointed rooms. However, there are several significant shortcomings. The temperature control in my room did not maintain the set temperature and remained uncomfortably hot. The maintenance staff advised that no improvement was possible. Breakfast was also disappointing. The limited food selection was poorly presented, with most containers nearly empty, and what remained was of poor quality, wasn't fresh and tasted awfull. Two of the three coffee machines were out of order, and the disorganized crowd attempting to find whatever crops were left created an unpleasant atmosphere. Overall, while the hotel itself is adequate, the experience was undermined by these issues. I would recommend having breakfast elsewhere.

Great choice for Eurostar travelers.

Nice hotel, more expensive than some other options but none more convenient for traveling on the Eurostar or picking up/dropping off a rental car near the station. Price included an outstanding breakfast buffet and staff was unfailingly friendly and helpful.

Opposite Lille Europe station

Just over the road from the station, so very handy for early starts and also not having to go far on arrival at Lille Europe (it's visible as you leave the station). Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit bland and lacking atmosphere, but I don't suppose people stay there for that. The only weakness was the poor WiFi - at a Hilton, I'd expect it to be better

Lille stay was excellent!

We were delighted with the hotel. It was right by station,airy , very clean , rooms large and comfortable, bath large , bed very good . Reception very good especially evening person who went to considerable trouble to help us with our restaurant request- tall man with a lot of nice hair my wife says! Barman friendly and pleasant also. A very good visit. Recommend highly.

Great hotel part from the fact I had a terrible experience as when I returned the hotel has looked me out of my room ..it then transpired that they thought I owed them money as I was down as the previous guest and they had mixed my room up with someone else’s ..this was midnight so I wasn’t in the mood for 50min games and the reception guy was addimant …

Not worth the money

The AC did not work. We tried, the staff tried. There was no air coming out at all. The room was miserably warm and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not private. Ok if traveling with a romantic partner. The glass around the shower was not all frosted.

it was a convenient place to stay and the bar was nice place to sit But I did object to being told I had to pay 50euros which, although it would be refunded, was required to set against any room service etc or damage. I made a fuss and the requirement was waived. our room's carpet had a lot of stains that looked like bleach stains

Unfortunately it was not our best hotel we stayed at. I had to sleep on the floor during my night stay visit because the airconditioning did not work. I also asked for a fan in the middle of the night to keep my wife and I cool, but they could not provide that. Location was fine but dangerous since there was some construction going on and you had to watch out for the cars coming from left to right and vice versa. I also asked for compensation after checking out but there was no middle ground to be found so I left disappointed and sad.

Stayed one night in our way back in to Britain. Nice reception, staff were lovely, room was dated. Lift was very hard to find and not at all signposted for going down.We ended up in the basement down the back stairs. Luckily we met someone who showed us the way. Didn't have breakfast as catching the early Eurostar
