The hotel is perfectly situation in Lille Centre. Close to both train stations and also very close to the main attractions of Lille. The hotel messages before your stay asking if there is anything you need advice or recommendations on before your stay. This was most welcome especially for places to eat and we tried a few of the recommendations which were very nice. Breakfast was very good. Pastries, French stick, hams and cheeses together with a choice of two cereals. The staff were always on hand to help if you needed anything. Our room was small and compact but had everything you could need and was spotlessly clean. If I was visiting Lille again I would definitely stay at the hotel again.

The hotel staff were most welcoming and accodating. The room was spacious and clean. Continental breakfast was excellent. The hotel was a stones throw from Lille centre and only a ten minute walk from the rail station

Friendly reception staff, very good location - close to coffee shops/restaurants & 5-10 mins walk to Old Town, train station, local shops. Room was a decent size, some noise from the outside - You could hear the other guests outside chatting. Shower wasn't the best, took awhile to get the right setting/temperature, mattress was hard.

The hotel is perfectly located. Literally 5 min to Lille flandres - another 5 min to Lille Europe. Turn right and you’ll see the cathedral, turn left and you’ll be at the grande place. The room was comfortable if on the small side with some bulky useless furniture (like a cabinet which served no purpose and a desk you could not use as the double bed took most of the room). Shower was fine. I missed a kettle to make tea and coffee. I didn’t try breakfast. Reception staff varied in friendliness and competency - one told me that was no hair dryer when there was one! And wasn’t very good at communicating either. Another was very friendly and shared useful information too.

An excellent hotel. We could not fault it. Staff were lovely - the room was clean, cosy & comfortable (only slight issue was that there was no shower curtain & despite our best efforts, the floor got very wet). We loved the decor & atmosphere & would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We would love to stay again on a return visit.
