I can't help but review this relative to my experience with a rental in Paris which was absolutely horrible. By comparison this place was great.
Management gave clear directions to the keys and entrance with photos. Again much better than my experience in Paris.
The only minor problems I had here were:
Couldn't figure out how to use the heaters until the final night (I consider this my fault for not examining the heaters more closely)
While there was shower gel, shampoo and dish soap and even a carafe for refrigerating tap water, there was no detergent for the washing machine (I had to buy some for about 2€, no big deal)
The drying rack was broken and had to be tied together with string. This was the biggest inconvenience but still minor.
These being my only complaints, this was an excellent place to stay in Lille.
