「All around 4 out of 5. Good location for surroundings activities. Only negative is room was small.」

「Didn’t like the fact that I had to ask for towels both days that I was there. The room was not made up and when I asked for them to bring towels and toilet paper, they just pulled the covers up on the bed. Hotel was otherwise clean.」

「Overall wonderful resort.. only reason it doesn’t get a 5 star rating from me is because the room that I booked wasn’t readily available on arrival but when they did get us switched to the type of room specified, there was no real air conditioning, only one of the portable floor units which didn’t do that much space any justice so it was pretty uncomfortable to sleep with it being so warm.. other than that everything was great from the view, the buffet breakfast, pool bar and beach access」

「The hotel is quite old. The hallways have an unpleasant odor. The photos of the rooms on Expedia look okay, but the reality is much worse. I think they should remove the breakfast option from the description, as it looks more like coffee and a snack. Lastly, at $130, the location is quite far from any leisure activities.」

「We stayed one night only and did not check out all the amenities. Bed felt wonderful, pillows not so much; flat and hard, needed up folding it in half to get some “plushness” to them. Breakfast was less than impressive but the eggs were real so that was nice.」

「The room was dirty: foot prints on pillow cases, hairs from previous customers throughout many places of the room, buildup of dust on many areas, etc. The entire property is run down and maintenance not kept up: ripped carpet in room, old fixtures not used anymore just left around, patched areas in walls not completed, cracked walls, door strike plate has no screws holding it in place, door not aligned so much that you can completely see into or out of the room through the crack that it creates,...

「Check In was quick and easy and the Staff were absolutely awesome! I thought I was on a Cruise ship. Breakfast beats any Hotel Breakfasts I've ever had and I've had alot. Bar on site, 24 hr restaurant, great stay.」

「We traveled with two minors for a quick stop on our way to Orlando, Florida and it was perfect. Got to enjoy the night life of Pensacola Florida. 8 minute drive to restaurants and the beach! Walked the beach & ate dinner on the beach. Definitely recommend!」
