The restaurant manager Ronald was outstanding, he made my stay that much better. The bartenders Joseph and Jorge were also fantastic and enhanced my overall experience. Would love to stay again.

Excellent stay experience

My family and I planned a 1-week family vacation in Lima, Peru. This hotel represented the best quality-price option and we were not disappointed. Our room was very nice, our reservation included breakfast and the food and customer service was really good. We enjoyed the Spa services, including hot tub, massage, and sauna.

The hotel is a nice hotel, amazing views from our room. Great size room! Clean, great housekeeper. Super friendly, responsible and courteous staff. The food was subpar for brew. I would’ve thought it would’ve been a little bit better. The room had some issues with them with equipment not working equipment, making noise, etc. etc. the location is not the best you aren’t able to walk to anything it is very safe very clean and big bedrooms.

Loved every minute…

The hotel was very comfortable. The rooms were clean and the beds were perfect. The staff were friendly and polite and willing to solve minor issues. The food was wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here. We spent 5 nights and enjoyed every minute.

Very nice hotel

The hotel is located on a beautiful, secure location in Lima. Even though no other shopping or restaurants are nearby, the hotel made sure there were taxi’s available to take us wherever we wanted to go. All the staff were very nice and courteous.

Nice area but you need a car or get around with taxi or Uber. There is limitted parking space. Outdoor swimming pool is decent size. Breakfast is spectacular! Lounge area is nice with outdoor and indoor sittings. Hotel has elevators and rooms have central AC. I will come back just because I need to be close to La Molina.

The customer service was phenomenal. The suite was very clean and had working air conditioning. At first they had booked me a room that was not quite ready yet and was still being cleaned, but the concierge was very quick to contact the front desk and get me the accommodations that I needed.

Outside Miraflores Tourist corredor, might be the the only option. Breakfast is worth mentioning. At this quality level on Surco side, this is it. Caso cerrado.

Absolutely loved the hotel, beautiful rooms, exceptionally clean, lovely service from the staff. Only negative was being part of a large group (we all booked separately) and one of our group booked direct via the hotel website. This booking was lost and there was a bit of a nightmare getting everyone settled but it was all sorted in the end... Moral of the story is make sure you book via Expedia! Highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay again for a bit of R&R when we next go to Lima - not to be missed.
