Pool was empty, no linens in room. Front desk lady was very accommodating changed our room from 2nd floor to 1 st. Because my sister and I were older and couldn't do the stairs. We really appreciated that.

We stayed last year and could see a downhill trend in the property. But the staff is fantastic. They also had newborn kittens that were a nice addition. Enjoyed watching them play in their cage.

I wish I could rave about the pool but it was down for maintenance during a stay. So I requested a refund to stay somewhere else and all the responded with was yea, it isn't working!! They didn't respond to Expedia either! Don't stay here! Friends had Taco Bell wrappers and coke cans in their "clean" room when they checked in!

Room was ok,but everything else is a dump.No ice ,pool half full, dirty parking lot and just all around very sketchy. As soon as I walked in some guy gave me the death stare, don’t know who has was but just added to the uneasy feeling.A bucket in the hall catching water, and don’t believe anything on the website there is no pool (that is usable,no breakfast and no ice. This place will probably be condemned soon,it’s only chance is that it blends in well with the neighborhood;in other words run for your life, heavy deliverance vibes.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately the building was not the cleanest. Also, the pool was closed, so that was a bummer. We'd definitely stay again, but hopefully all the light bulbs, the water stains on the ceiling, and the pool are taken care of or working.

The facility is falling apart. Pool closed due to ceiling tiles coming off. Leaking water in the halls. TVs are different in each room and I had to use my streaming service from home just to watch tv. Molding coming off the windows.
