Comfortable dining room seats 4 to 6 people.

Master bedroom with master bathroom w/tub/shower has a comfortable queen size bed with its Master bathroom, plenty of closets and cabinets, with a large led TV. with a DVD player. (see photo).

Second bedroom has a full size bed, also plenty of closets and cabinets, with a TV, there is a full bathroom next to it, and a spectacular view to the city. (see photo).

Third bedroom has a twin size bed with cabinets and a mirror. (see photo).

There is a third full bathroom also.

The kitchen is full equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils.

There is a washer and dryer, also an iron with an iron board.

There is a water heater to provide enough water to all our guests.

Land line phone for local calls.

Long distance calls can be made with a calling card.

WIFI internet and cable TV, also a stereo system to listen to your favorite music is located in living room.

iPod can be connected to stereo system but you need to provide your own cable.

Intercom to and from front desk installed in kitchen and master bedroom.

24/7 security guard at front desk, also a close circuit security cameras installed in the building.

There is a parking space inside the building included in the rental of the condo.

Taxis are available in front of the building.

Walking distance to restaurants and convenience stores.

Specially like specified before, we are located in one of the most secured neighborhoods and at walking distance to the malecon of miraflores (boardwalk).

There are parks located at short distance and park Kennedy is just a few minutes away.

There is a mirabus tour that will take you sightseeing from parque Kennedy and it is available at different times, you may pick up the schedule of your choice, you will see the most important parts of the city of miraflores, the famous huaca pucllana ruins, the also famous water magic circuit, and the civic center. It also has several other tours to different parts of the city and you will never be tired to see them all.

Terms and conditions will be as follows:

At your arrival the check in time is at 3:00 pm and the check out time is at 12:00 pm.

Prices are set in us dollars per night.

Apartment will be cleaned and disinfected as per COVID 19 before arrival of guest/s.

After Check-in if guest/s request cleaning the property, it can be provided for an extra fee each time it is requested..

Guest responsibility:
Our guest will be responsible for his/her conduct and that of all the accompanying guests at all time.

Guests are expected to be considerate and respectful to the neighbors and if it is not followed according to the contract, we will be obligated to request immediate vacancy of the apartment without giving the client any right to reimbursement of the rental.
No exceptions.

Cancellation:
It is very important that you are aware that the deposit made for the reservation is non refundable unless there is a 14 days notice.

You can spend hours of fun watching the ocean waves, the birds and the paragliding which are usually in front of your eyes at any time...Just seat on the comfortable chairs provided for the balcony and the table where you can enjoy your favorite cup of coffee or a drink of your preference.
