Second Home Peru is meeting our expection, especially for the view from the room balcony.... we've spent quite a long hours there. I would say we would like to stay there a few more times if we have any opportunites in the future.

The property is stunning, the staff are friendly and the complimentary breakfast is delicious. The ocean view was a bonus. It's a beautiful historic building with lots of character.

Beautiful old building and grounds that was a home for the owner and his father’s art gallery. Amazing art all over the building and grounds. Beautiful ocean views and in a wonderful part of Barranco. The staff and owner are wonderful and friendly people willing to share their culture, history and favorite places to visit. Luis speaks fluent English and is extremely kind and helpful. Our room was amazing with wonderful artwork and ocean views from the balcony and entire room. We could not have chosen a better place to stay for our visit to Lima!

Wonderful stay at Second Home Peru. One of the most unique boutiques I’ve stayed in with beautiful artworks in every room and a view of the pacific ocean in the from the back half of the property. It sits on Joron Domeyer street, very close to shops and restaurants and about a block from bridge of sighs. There was work being done on the property when I stayed (they were adding a walkway in the patio) but that didn’t retract from the beautiful patio views. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We had room #3 overlooking the ocean. The room was certainly old but very well maintained. The view was spectacular and the amount of light was fantastic. Luis and the other staff were all very kind and helpful at all times. Loved our stay, wish it could have been longer.

We had a room with a balcony and ocean view and it was amazing. We loved everything about the hotel. We loved the artwork displayed and the decor. The breakfast was awesome—it said continental, but it was a full cooked breakfast. The staff was cheerful and helpful.

Had a wonderful experience at Second Home Peru. The staff were all extremely helpful and kind to us out-of-towners. We loved enjoying breakfast outside every morning and the food was delicious. I would definitely come back again!
