Smart Rooftop Loft in the middle of miraflores

Beautiful smart rooftop Loft in the middle of Miraflores, it has a great view, great location, privacy, and security.
Everything is walking distance, from bars to restaurants easy transportation to and from the airport.

Hot water, Half kitchen, led TV with cable Fast and reliable Wifi. walking distance to supermarkets, and everything. there is only one downside its on the 6th story with NO elevator, but is worth it for the view. You can control tv, music,blinds and lights using Alexa.

The space
The loft is on the sixth floor of a small office building, there is NO elevator.

There is a small cute terrace with a luxury hot tub, (excellent to finish a hard day), with views of the miraflores skyline.

Right there on the terrace you will find a marble table with a complete setup for a romantic dinner , wine glasses and candles, you do not need an excuse to pamper yourself a little bit :)

The apartment has speakers for you to stream your own music from Spotify , (deezer available). There is also a 49 inch Led screen TV, with cable YouTube, and also Netflix available for you.

This 50 square meters loft, has 360 degree views, giving you the sensation of freedom and wide open space,
very well ventilated.

The bathroom has a tub, and you will find it always nice and clean. we are very picky on cleaness of the bathroom, and the white linen.

we enjoy cotton linen and a nice pillow. so we also know what is important for our guest.

Please remember that this is my main home, so please treat it with respect, the house and what is inside, as if was your own.

the kitchen is equiped with a stove, a small electric oven , blender, microwave and everything you migh want for cooking breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just made a hot drink.

There is also a nesspreso machine for coffee lovers!!! So feel free to pack your own favorite ones and bring them with you! We do have also reusable pots in case you want to mix your own blend of local Peruvian coffee. I recommend the coffee from chanchamayo! It’s simply amazing!.

There is also a machine for fondue, if you are a cheese lover!
Fondue on the terrace for two, doesn’t sound that bad right??
