“I left a couple of items of clothing in the wardrobe which the staff found but hotel staff will not send it to me even after I offered to pay all expenses to do so. Very disappointed to find the items are there but can't retrieve them.”

“Gut gelegenes kleines Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Frühstück war ausreichend, aber nicht hervorragend. Aber alles frisch und hat auch gut geschmeckt. WLAN war leider etwas schwach . Aber bei einem Aufenthalt in Bad Dürkheim würde ich es wieder wählen.”

“Grundsätzlich solides Haus für kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Personal am Check In dagegen war uns gegenüber leider unterirdisch. Auch Respekt anderen Gästen gegenüber wurde dabei vermissen lassen! Wer so mit seinen Gästen spricht und Kultur aus anderen Kulturen über Respekt und Anstand dem Gast gegenüber stellt, muss sich einen anderen Beruf suchen. Ein Wochenende unter Freunden hatte somit einen sehr sehr negativen Start ohne eigene Schuld! Sehr schade Mercure……”

“Die Zimmer waren für eine Nacht OK,der Television war nicht ohne Fernbedienung in Gang zu bringen, welche fehlte und nicht vor Ort war! Keine Internet Verbindung,da kein Code im Zimmer vorhanden war! 😔 Schade”

“Absolute gem. This lovely little chalet/hotel is located in the woods. Has free parking. Very accommodating staff despite my lack of German. There were packets Haribos on my pillow!! Good temperature in the room, lovely surrounding area. I didn’t stay long enough to explore the woods and I regret not being able to do so. It has a lovely looking restaurant/bar although I didn’t have a chance to eat here. Bit of a pickle to get to but worked it out the second time round (ended up in the woods……

“Room was great, very clean but a strange layout. A bit of a maze to get from our room to the reception area. Had a high ceiling, almost looked like a refurbished hospital, but nicely maintained. Excellent location, close walk to town centre and Christmas markets. Parking was convenient and free.”
