「We used this hotel for a brief one night stay, after a visit to the devastated village Oradour-sur-Glane. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that the information provided on Expedia says that parking is available. In our experience this did not mean on-site or hotel-managed parking. It meant that we were welcome to find street parking ourselves and pay Limoges for the privilege. This worked fine for us. Guests just need to have...

「Fantastic hotel in this small city. My partner and I stayed here for two nights as a small stopover on our journey around France. We specifically stayed here as we were visiting Oradour-sur-Glane. I was driving a hire car, but had forgot to book parking, but the staff were so accommodating and sorted me out a parking space. The room was clean and comfortable. We explored Limoges during the day, and the hotel was ideally located near the centre as well as close to bars and restaurants. The...

「Great location」

「We arrived very late at night and the communication from the hotel by email was excellent. The provided instruction on how to obtain entry to the room and it worked perfectly. The only small downside us parking. They have very adequate parking, but if you are late in arriving the spaces are very limited and poor parking by other guests made it even more difficult.」

「Terrible communication and terrible care for their clients. I’ve reached out to the host multiple times to inquire about air conditioning at the property as our stay was scheduled in the middle of a heat wave. The person I reached in the phone told me that some properties did and others didn’t and someone with the information would call me back. No one did… in the end we decided to not chance it and stayed at a different hotel that could confirm they had air conditioning. We lost the cost...
