Lovely location

Maria was friendly and welcoming. The property was a bit tricky to find initially but lovely views down to Laredo and playa salve. The house is so well designed. We really felt at home. Thank you so much for letting us stay. The Herriott and Newson families

Casa tranquila con todo lo necesario y bien ubicada

Estuvimos en Agosto muy a gusto. La casa está fenomenal, con todo lo necesario, muy limpia y bien cuidada y el jardín estupendo, con impresionantes vistas de la bahía de Laredo. El porche super aprovechado incluso para días que llueve, ya que con el toldo se está fenomenal, porque la temperatura es estupenda y si hace algo de viento lo evita. La zona muy tranquila para descansar, y en un momento llegas a Laredo, que tiene de todo.

Una casa maravillosa

La casa está cuidada con mimo, no le falta de nada y en cuanto llegas te sientes como en tu propia casa. El entorno es tranquilo y las vistas desde el patio espectaculares. Además la atención de María es inmejorable. Nos encantará volver

Superbes lieu et emplacement

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette grande maison. Tout est équipé, très confortable, rien ne manque! Nino et Maria ont été très chaleureux. La vue est splendide, l’emplacement est idéal pour rayonner rapidement depuis Laredo vers Bilbao, Santander.... plages et commerces à proximité ! Nous reviendrons! Merci encore Nino et Maria!

Ein schönes Feriendomizil in praktischer Lage zwischen Santander und Bilbao

Maria ist sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, es waren in großzügiger Menge Handtücher vorhanden. Einziger Wermutstropfen, für den Maria allerdings nichts kann: einige fürchterlich kläffende Hunde in der Nachbarschaft, die leider auch in der Nacht keine Ruhe geben. Zur Not kann man aber einfach auf das Schlafzimmer zur Straße hin ausweichen.

Hele mooie locatie

Een geweldig huis met fijne tuin en prachtig uitzicht. Je moet wel alles met de auto doen, maar als je je daarop instelt is dat natuurlijk geen probleem. De eigenaresse is bijzonder aardig en attent. Super dat de hond ook mee mocht en voor kleine kinderen is het ook een prima plek! We komen graag weer.

Nous avons passé 10 jours, dans une maison parfaite pour nous accueillir (nous étions 8), avec une vue magnifique. Emplacement idéal pour l’organisation de randonnées côtières, et la proximité de l’autoroute raccourcit les distances.

Großes, schönes Haus mit tollem Blick

Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und geschmackvoll dekoriert und hat in der Küche alle Geräte, die man so zum Kochen braucht. Leider hat es etwas wenig Geschirr und Besteck, so dass man die Spülmaschine doch etwas öfter anwerfen muss, als das unbedingt notwendig wäre. Auch wenn man wirklich mit 8 Personen anreist, kann das Geschirr und Besteck knapp werden. Der Garten ist groß, es gibt eine schöne, überdachte Terrasse und schöne Gartenmöbel, aber auch hier eher für 4 Personen, als für 8, für die es im Haus Schlafplätze gibt. Die Sicht auf Laredo vom Garten aus ist inzwischen leider etwas durch einen Baum auf dem Nachbargrundstück verdeckt, aber vom 1. Stock aus noch immer sehr schön. Leider wirkt der Garten, im Gegensatz zum Haus, etwas ungepflegt. Insgesamt hatten wir trotzdem einen schönen und ruhigen Urlaub dort. Der Weg vom Haus nach Laredo ist mit dem Auto nicht weit, aber einen Parkplatz zu finden war in der Hochsaison nicht gerade einfach. Besser man parkt schon vor Laredo am Straßenrand, dort hat es mehr Platz. Viele andere Orte sind auch gut zu erreichen, Bilbao (Guggenheim Museum nicht versäumen), Santander (sehr schön), Noja (der schönste Strand aus unserer Sicht) und viele andere Orte noch. Wandern war eher schwierig, wenn man nicht unbedingt auf dem Jakobsweg wandern will, weil es keine Wanderkarten gab und die Wanderführer sich nur mit dem Jakobsweg beschäftigen. Ein paar kleinere Rundwanderungen konnten wir trotzdem machen. Die Kommunikation mit Maria hat mit etwas Spanisch und zusätzlicher Google Übersetzung ganz gut geklappt (zumindest auf unserer Seite). Vor Ort konnte uns Nino dann auf deutsch alles Notwendige zum Haus erklären. Alles in allem also vielen Dank an Maria und Nino für die gute Betreuung und dafür dass wir einen schönen Urlaub in Marias Haus verbringen durften. Muchas Gracias!

Ruim en schoon (!) huis met prachtig uitzicht!

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad op deze prachtige locatie in dit ruime huis! • Groot huis. • Zeer complete keuken. • Ruime tuin en veel privacy. • Prachtig uitzicht, ook vanuit het huis! • Wifi, zwembad en tennisbaan is top! • Goed (Duits) ontvangst geregeld door eigenaresse (wij spreken helaas geen Spaans). • Boodschappen, dorpje, en de prachtige baai 5 minuten met de auto en een half uur lopend! En dit alles niet in het laatste door de uiterst vriendelijke en snelle reacties door de eigenaar/Maria! Wij zijn twee weken in juli 2016 er geweest. Familie Brobbel uit Holland.

retrouver Laredo

La maison est tout à fait conforme aux descriptions, trés agréable, et parfaite pour 8 personnes. Ma Soeur et moi avons retrouvé Laredo et les enfants ont découvert notre lieu de vacances d"été de notre enfance. Beaucoup de changements bien sur en 10 ans Je recommande vivement cette location. Buen tiempo y sol

La verdad es que teniamos dudas sobre el tiempo, pero el sol nos acompaño en estos dias Pudimos ver Laredo, Satoña, buenisimos pescados y anchoas, Noja, Isla. La casa estaba estupenda, muy limpia y confortable y la dueña muy simpatica.
