Wonderful Family Gathering

We celebrated our 40th Anniversary in this handsome, spacious and comfortable home. It was a wonderful week with space to gather or spread out, lovely beds, gorgeous panoramic ocean views, easy access to the beach and every need anticipated by our thoughtful hosts. The whole family wants to return next year!

What a fabulous property. We had a family vacation that included 10 adults and one child and the house was perfect. The house had everything we could have wanted. The kitchen was the best, it had everything and lots of it. Everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, we couldn’t have been more comfortable.The property has the best views of the ocean and the sunset every night was spectacular. The hosts were very responsive and couldn’t have been better.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Sandy Shores several times over the years but haven’t been in about 10 or so. As always it was awesome I love to bring new people who are always amazed. Magical!

We stayed here for a family reunion with our children and our grandchildren and this place is everything you could ever want! Nothing was overlooked. Steps to the beach, games, everything you need in the kitchen to create wonderful family meals. Absolutely loved staying here!

Our Anniversary Weekend

We celebrated our 25th anniversary with our three children and their families this past Valentine's Day weekend. My husband and I got there first and were impressed by the stunning view and the expansive yet cozy home. There are 13 of us and not one of us had to scrimp on any aspect of the stay. The accommodations were wonderful--the kitchen is fully outfitted, it was very clean and oh, so comfortable. This is truly a stunning place and we will remember it in the future for family gatherings.

Outstanding House for the Oregon Coast

Excellent layout, outstanding views, premier access to an amazing beach. This is the house to rent for large families and groups who want direct beach access. Stayed here for a 50th birthday weekend, and it was delightful. So many living and entertaining spaces, extremely well-stocked kitchen.

We had 14 People staying at the house and it was more than big enough to accommodate everyone. It was clean and well stocked with cooking supplies We made home-cooked meals every night. Beach access was great and parking was nice. Great home for a large gathering. Itrip fixed the one issue we had very quickly via text. Highly recommend.

Outstanding Home

For over 10 years I have rented homes for our family vacation. We have been to Lincoln City, Sun River and Suncadia. This house was 5 stars for everyone. I look for a home that has meal seating for all 13 of us (preferably at one table), a hot tub, on the beach with easy access, pool table and enough bathrooms for each bedroom. This house met all those and more. the kitchen was exceptionally stocked with plenty of dishes, cups, and silverware for our group of 13. There we an abundance of kitchen appliances too. The grandkids all asked if we get to come back to this house next year. We did have one small issue of no hot water in the kitchen sink but it did have an instant hot water dispenser so we were able to work around it. The property management team was working on a resolution.

60th Birthday Celebration

Extendeded family of 12 celebrating 60th birthday with all ages included. Great open areas for all to gather along with plenty of bedrooms for everyone. Location of home was great and private access to the beach was great. Better parking than most. Owners and management were very accommodating. Plan on booking again soon for next family vacation.

Family Reunion 2024

This is a beautiful waterfront home with every amenity. The "kids" (now all adults), especially enjoyed the completion of the basement play room...we have rented this same home multiple times in the past, and enjoyed the ping pong table that was down there, so it was a fun surprise to have so many "toys" for them to enjoy this year. I also want to send a shout out to iTrip for being so very helpful and responsive in every way.

Sisterhood Bunch

We have been having a yearly girls 3 night stay at Lincoln City for 15 years. We have stayed a different house almost every year. This home was on the very top of all of our favorite places yet! The only issue we had was because we are all older gals with various knee and hip problems the stairs slowed a few of us down! Our oldest gal at 82 could almost sprint up while the youngest at 66 took her time!! LOL...We so enjoyed this home we hope to repeat the stay again next year! i-Trips was very helpful and great to deal with!! Thanks again!! The Sisterhood Bunch!!

Overall amazing vacation houseLocation and View is all 5 stars, indescribable.Sturdiness and build of the house is 5 stars, love how strong the house looks and feels, reminds me of a good log house.Functionality of entertainment system, appliances, and couple bathroom locks is 3 stars. TV's work but the Bose system in living room needs major rewiring. Dishwasher was completely useless during our stay, it would steam up but no water, had to wash dishes by hand. There's a work around for the Bose system, you can connect your phone directly to the system using Bluetooth, push and hold top invisible button on the little Bose gadget and wait for the slow blinking. Also remember to power on the large old Bose device. The work around for the couple bathroom doors is a simple paper clip, in case if the locking pin is missing, just need something pointy and small to push in the lock. Also, the top left cooking location on the stove is not heating up, probably needs the whole connector replaced for that one spot.Sleeping spots availability is 5 stars, plenty to choose from.Functionality of windows, doors, and fireplace is 5 stars.Overall Cleanliness is 4Garage and play room is all 5 stars, very pleasant available rooms.Kitchen utensils and dishes are 5 stars, very surprised how much is available to use for the large crowd.Would definitely come back again to this house, and hopefully the little imperfections will be fixed by then, otherwise it's still an amazing place to rent.

Picture Perfect

This house was perfect for our family vacationm. With 8 of us there we had more than enough room to spread out, and when we came together for games, dining, or to play a game od pool we had plenty lf space to be together! This house is absolutely beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice! The rich wood color makes you feel so comfortable and cozy inside, ans then outside you are steps away from the ocean. The location is absolutely prime! The kitchen is extremelybwell stockes with everything you need for small simple dinners with a few peiple, or large gormet meals with your whole family! Our only issue was that the bathrooms were a little small in the master bedrooms, but nothing we couldnt look past. The communication with the property management was quick. The check in and check out process is simple snd straight forward. If we are able to, we will be renting this beautifuo home again in the future!
