Needs updating

Great views but really needs updated. Mattresses are either thin and stained or very stiff. Pet hair everywhere.

Salmon 2B condo

The view is very nice. Enjoyed sitting on private balcony, but your neighbors are right next to you and can hear everything so be mindful if that. The units are not staggered so you are right above and next to others on both sides. Overall, the price and quality of rental did not match up. Busy place. Not the rental for us in future.

DOOR OPEN ON ARRIVAL TO PROPERTY

Due to the door being open on arrival, paper towels hanging from the ceiling and the sketchy people around the parking lot we did not feel safe to even sleep here as 3 young adult females. We had to find somewhere else to say DONT waste your money time and energy this place will let you down

Nice vacation

The good: Quick walk to the beach, great location overall. Sleeps six, if you count the pullout couch Good kitchen, enough equipment to make simple meals work. Big bathroom, shower only. Bring Poo Spray. Easy check in/out, super clean property Pet friendly. We had a small, crate trained dog and it was perfect. This is an older beach rental for about 100 bucks a night, that takes pets and doesn’t make you scrub it before you leave. Adjust expectations accordingly. The surprises: NO soundproofing- you can hear everything both in and out of the apartment. The guy in the space next to us seriously needs a sleep study I STG he has sleep apnea. Hot water takes a long time to arrive. If the couch is open, very little room to navigate. Not a deal breaker, but if you don’t want to wake the people sleeping on the couch plan for no access to the balcony until they’re up. No AC - the sun sets right into the front room and that space got hot if the glass door was shut. The bedrooms were stifling no matter what, BUT we were there in August. I’m sure it’s no biggie most of the year, but with climate change summers are going to suck forever into the future, so bring a fan or two when it’s warm. You can smell whatever anyone cooks in their unit. One person made blackened salmon - yum! Another person…boiled chum? I don’t know but it was rough. The Poo Spray can do double duty. Overall: Good rental for beach access/base camp for exploring the area.

I had read some reviews that it went. It wasn’t as clean as some guest had liked, but for the price I was willing to risk it. It was horrible! First of all when you walked into the building, it smelled like weed and it was that way. The whole couple of hours we were there .There was dog hair all over the floor. The dishwasher was covered in grime. There was grime all over the ceiling, and the kitchen smelled like pee. We decided not to stay and when I asked for a refund of some sort all I got back was 30 after spending money for a three night booking. Horrible company, who obviously does not care about their reputation.

Worst stay ever

Food crusted on the couch. Freezer smells like fish pee stains on the mattress protectors and mattress no dust pan dog hair on the floor we have allergys to dogs and now are going home miserable water came out of the facet orangish yellow. Mold on bathroom ceiling.No door stoppers just asking for broken mirrors behind the doors. Pictures of room looked better then the actual room Fireplace didn't work even after following directions. We arrived late in the day and would have made other arrangements if we were not so tired. Wish I could get my money back to pay for my kids medicine due to the dog fur everywhere.

I gave some 4 stars just because the building and furniture are old but there is clean and so easy to check in and out. And so easy to communicate online with someone who help you. They provided for all our needs during our stay to the smallest detail. That's nice.

Beautiful view

The apartment smelled AMAZING when we arrived. It was very clean. I was nervous seeing other reviews; they did a fantastic job, only one hiccup with a sheet in a fold-away couch, and they IMMEDIATELY wanted to come out and fix it. Fantastic service. We had horrible neighbors, and the communication with VACASA dealing with them was amazing. I can truly say how they handled everything and how good the communication was, I would not even think twice about staying in another VACASA home. They were great.

I loved my view from the balcony. What i didnt like was that when we got there the space wasn't totally clean, i had to call and ask to have them finish cleaning it. Then some random couple cane into our condo thinking it was theirs and was told it was cleaning crew thinking we had checked out when in fact that wasnt the case. Then had to have maintenance come into our room to do work because i guess the shower was leaking into the bottom condo. There was no ac option in the room at all or any fans. Other than that it was good.
