Great view but place is in serious need of a remodel. Wifi didn't work. Fireplace didn't work. People next door smoked- thought no smoking on premises. Vacasa was useless. Next time I will pay a little more to get a better place.

Lincon City Beach Retreat

The location was great! Just a short walk to the beach and it was pretty much deserted in the early morning. The balcony has an amazing view and comfortable chairs to sit out and read a book. The king size bed was great.

Great little spot.

This place was amazing. The views of the ocean and sunsets were awesome. The inside were nice for a studio. Had a little fridge and microwave. The beach is only a short walk down the hill and was a great beach. The outside could use a little paint and love but besides that everything else was perfect.
