Needs updating
Room was like a hotel room. Had fireplace which was nice. Had travel size shampoo/conditioner as well as hair dryer and coffee pot. Furniture and bed need to be updated. There is room to have a king size bed. The bed was extremely soft as though 10000 people have slept in this bed. Remote sometimes worked. We had to turn the tv on by hand. The view of the beach was limited by the trees. The picture of the facility looked nothing like the place we stayed. Will not be staying here again but will work with Vacasa again. Friendly people to work with.

We shared your comments with the local manager who assured us they will inspect the mattress and replace it, if needed. Downstairs entrance a little creepy
When I went in I was expecting spectacular views of the ocean per their advertising… not so could barely see the ocean. They had a huge jacuzzi tub, so I thought something to ease my aching muscles…. Nope only tepid water at best. Going down the room is kinda creepy and I wouldn’t of done if was dark. Very disappointed. Usually the places I stay are excellent….. oh yeah when I walked into the room there was a definite sag in the mattress

Unable to Access
I was unable to get into the property. Lock code was unusable. Stairs were unsafe with a broken handrail. Phone Representatives were pleasant but unable to guarantee a refund. Each time I went to the office (during stated office hours) there was no staff and door was locked.

Communication lackluster
While I appreciate the property manager wanting to communicate via text, TEXT BACK!! Had a couple issues with the unit and in 8 days NEVER heard back on our request(s) for assistance. This is our second time staying here but sadly will not be back.

Clean and well located
Room was clean, bed comfortable, great view of ocean, WIFI worked well. Listing implied easy beach access but it required two long flights of steps and walk along public streets to gain beach access, I found it easier to just drive to the public at grade access off 52nd street (5 minute drive). Also note floor 2 is at grade others require stairs. Unit did show some end of season maintenance issues, pealing paint around the shower for example, but that did not bother me. Location is good for access to Lincoln City and nearby attractions and beaches.

Old but clean
This is an older property in need of some maintenance but my room felt clean and the area felt safe. I was just staying in LC for work but would probably book something a little nicer if I was there for vacation. Was perfect for what I needed - a bed, shower and TV. The gas fireplace was a bonus!

Overall, my impression is that this vrbo needs some tlc-repainting & repairs. I totally enjoyed the deep jacuzzi tub. I would have loved a table & chairs to sit at. It was hard to sit on the bed as it sorta sagged in the middle. I did enjoy my stay though. Thank you

It was a bit in ill repair...paint peeling in the bathroom, beds were a bit worn. It did the job for us--gave us an inexpensive place to sleep and shower in between activities. However, the TV is small and the bed isn't the greatest, so it isn't a great place to just hang out./

Had an amazing stay! Decent view, great atmosphere, kind of a hike to the beach but overall convenient and a great stay. Parking is difficult in Lincoln City. No “public land” parking (streets). The lot was full every night we returned, but hotel next door was a great relief. Stayed elsewhere on our trip which also had limited parking, but no options.

Best part of stay was the beach. Access was down a short road with rocks on path at beach level. Road is about 10% grade so easy down but rest on the way up. Only about 150yards long.

Beach Road Trip
My friend and I took a short costal trip in spring. This was the perfect location between all the thing we wanted to do. Close to a beautiful beach front , hikes , and great food. The room was large enough for the two of us and a perfect place for a short stay. The appliances were in great working condition, and the fireplace worked great for the coldest night.

Easy on line rental check in was smooth room was satisfactory. Definitely clean. It was incredibly noisy as the tenants above started their day after 10pm lots of stomping and banging until 3-4 am. I recommend a higher floor.

Very Hygge
We really enjoyed our stay. Room was basic and clean, toiletries and basic kitchen supplies were provided. Property overlooks the ocean which you can see and hear from all levels. Very lovely.

I thought I was booking a 1st floor Ocean view. There were 2 filghts of stairs to get to it. Very not ok with a bad back and balance issues. The unit had several bugs inthe corners., the floor was black dirt when wiped with a paper towel. Every time upon entering, the Unit smelled like it had been sprayed for fleas, or something.

Started out that we could not get in. Also it was very hard to find a contact number to call. Had to figure out that it was Vacasa and then call the general number and the. Wait for someone to call us back. They should make it clear that you need to use the white lockbox because the gray one does not work. The room was clean but very basic. There is no AC but leaving the sliding door open to the deck doesn’t seem safe because people staying next door could easily climb over the deck divider to get in. There is also no screen. We ended up leaving after just one night (after paying for two) because Lincoln City is not that interesting or cute. Next time we will try for Seaside as a stopover when heading north along the coast.

It was a very nice room. Very clean and tidy. Absolutely love the jetted tub. It was the best. Loved that you could hear the ocean from our room with the door open. The only down fall was the walk to the beach and back. Other than that, perfect.

This was honestly a great experience for us. Everything worked and I honestly could not complain about anything. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would say is update the bed. The jet tub was romantic and fantastic to sit in with my partner. I will be coming back again!!!

Terrible place
We stayed at. Seahorse 1F... from the beginning it was bad - the lockbox stuck so had trouble getting the key, then the door handle stuck so couldn’t get in. When we did get in the cleaning fluid and air freshener smell was over powering to the point of giving my wife and I sore throats and headaches - the whole time there we needed to keep the patio door open just to breathe. Then the fireplace didn’t work and the TV controller didn’t work and there was no hair dryer. I will say Lance the local rep was very responsive - just that he really couldn’t do anything about the problems (got us new sheets we had to put on the bed), so he took $ off of our stay. On top of thin walls a d doors that needed to be slammed to close we had planned a five day stay and left after two... we will never recommend or use VRBO again it is not reliable regarding the places they advertise!!!

The room had dog hair under the bed, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, and when we walked in the dresser had a broken drawer falling out. We were very unimpressed with this lodging and ended up only staying 1 of the 4 nights that we had it booked for. The building itself was also dirty and rundown. Overall a disappointing stay.

Great dog getaway!
This was a clean, well-kept property with easy access for dog walking. We felt very safe for middle-of-the-night dog walking as well. Loved the small lanai and the gas fireplace. There was paint chipping on walls in bathroom and some other places, so don't expect perfection. Loved the dog towels, etc. Very thoughtful

No on site property mgr despite listing telling us different. Called before & during stay. Mailbox was always full (frustration begins). Day 4, we spoke to Atlanta rep. She read listing & what was suppose to be in the ppty but NO followup. Told us no more towels! Could not work the shower (sounds dumb), 2 lg. towels ea. for a 6 day stay, remote-did not work w sign telling same (really!), torn (tissue paper) shower curtain, no padded chairs in room like picture (2 outside plastic), not one draw to put clothes in (ok not in pic either), no hairdryer (purpose of initial call from our house). Had to to wash ourselves & hair in the tub for 3 days. Parking area dim. Saw Stephen Day (helpful) 4 & said rep was wrong, gives us some towels & told us how to use the shower. Nice location, beach access, convenient location. Seems like Vacasa does not care or they would have followed up after I called. We were very frustrated the first few days but did not want to ruin our vacay. Not sure I can recommend Vacasa.

Not what I expected!!!
First of all the picture that you show me on the ad is not the room that I got for 1 the bed sucks it's old you don't have a TV guide it's just not what it says the only thing this place has going for it is the tub. I would not recommend this to a friend or anyone else!! Very disappointed for what I spent on the room. I should have just stuck with my Good Old faithful Chinook winds casino I get better rooms there this is not a home this is a hotel room too much money for this thing especially during winter months.

Loved our stay. Easy access to the beach was the key. A five minute walk and we were there. Had a little trouble finding it...GoogleMaps sent us behind the building, and the picture VRBO used is of a house that's behind the Seahorse bldg. A bit confusing, but all worked out.

We had a blast staying here! It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Nice private balcony, clean and comfortable. Huge jetted bathtub! The fireplace was a nice bonus as well. We slept wit the sliding door open every night. We could here there ocean, and see the beautiful water!

Won't use a Vacasa rental ever again
The bill was much higher than amount shown on line. THIS IS NOT A CONDO!!!! We booked for 6 nights, Only towels, wash cloths for 1 day!! It would have been cheaper to stay in a motel and we would have had fresh bedding and towels daily!!! It is pet friendly room and hadn't been cleaned well from last guests who must have had a dog not house trained...bare bones room not even a picture on the wall...cheap cheap. We use vrbo.com a lot and could not believe this one (said there was a kitchen and utensils and there is NONE)

Comfortable with spectacular view
The view of the gardens and ocean is spectacular and the room is quiet and comfortable with a comfy bed and plush carpeting. There is a flat-screened t.v. and a fireplace, and there are jets in the tub. A fridge and microwave are provided, but there is little counter space and there are no utensils. There is no hairdryer or alarm clock, and there are no hooks for clothing in the counter-less bathroom. All in all, the place is above bare-bones, but bring anything you need with you.
