Family Reunion Property

We had a very nice family reunion on this property (and the one next door). The house is nice with a big primary bedroom. We were able to put 3 couple and 5 kids in the main house and two more couple ins the "cottage". The grass field area was nice for lawn game for all.

Family reunion at the beach

Beautiful view of the ocean from the house. Very short walk to the beach. Spacious enough to accomodate our large extended family. Clean and comfortable. Quick response to a maintenance problem. Our only concern was the condition of the deck and stairs at the front door. Some of the wood slats were rotting and unsecure and we had to step carefully going down.

Happy July 4th

What a location! We had a great time. LOVED exploring the beach with the kids. One person in our group actually found the famous “glass globes” that they hide along the beachfront! House worked perfectly for our family - all 16 of us! The house was adequately stocked and the bedrooms were spaced out nicely. Highly recommend

Happy July 4th

We had a great vacation and this house was the perfect fit for our family of 16! House was in an amazing location - we walked to beach everyday. The kids loved flying their kites on the beach and examining the sea life we found on the rocks. One of us actually found one of the famous “glass globes”! The home had bedrooms nicely spaced and the house was well stocked. My family would highly recommend!

Family Reunion

Our family consists of 22 people. Grandkids ranging in the ages of 16 down to three. Everyone had a great time. There was plenty of space to spread the kids out. We enjoyed walking down to the beach every day. The kitchen is well equipped. All of the regular bedding is great. Some of the fold out beds were a little suspect and we didn’t use them.

Good views and decent location, No WIFI

Good views and decent location, No WIFI Fun amenities. Lots of activities like shuffleboard table, Foosball table, and a poker table. The WIFI never worked despite having someone come and "look" at it. We were told we would receive a discount for the problems we had, and never did. I would probably rent this house again, but things would have to be better.

Family Gathering

Great house and cottage for family of 8 - 75yrs old. Lots of activities inside at the house(pool table, tennis table etc) and a nice yard for outside activities. Cottage house was very nice with nice size bedrooms. We called it the Senior Center as us old folks stayed in it. Would stay there again!

A 50th Birthday Celebration with Eighteen Guests

The check in process was a little rocky as the instructions given regarding the keys, location of lock boxes & how they work were a little challenging.The home was very clean. Some appliances worked AMAZING (oven, BBQ, washer/dryer). Some things around the house were broken, didn’t work well or were just a little strange (dishwasher, screen door upstairs, downstairs shower, hot water distribution (in both homes). It was not clear in the initial listing that this is two separate homes. It worked out well in the end, but the planning had to have some kinks worked out on the fly.Overall, the space was very conducive to a large gathering & the kitchen was well stocked. It was clean & comfortable. The beach access was just amazing & the views from the home were very nice.I do recommend this property.

Amazing view in a well-stocked home!

Gorgeous property with a well-stocked (in terms of appliances) kitchen. We had an excellent time, and it was the perfect location for a big group to enjoy walking down to the coastline. The only issues we ran into was actually getting into the cottage—our codes didn't work—but Vacasa support staff were able to get us sorted within an hour to get into that property.

A Rose at the beach!

We had our family reunion in this two property location. So perfect! Lots of space, bedrooms, game choices like pool and table tennis. The kitchen had stellar appliances and tools! A fire pit, easy access to beach and only a couple blocks from Safeway :). Large tables for games. Grills for outside with several picnic tables. We used them all! Definitely a choice for our next family reunion :)
