Perched where the world’s shortest river, the D River, meets the mighty Pacific, this condo offers a front-row seat to the ever-changing tides of the Oregon Coast. Whether you're chasing sunshine or storm-watching, it’s the perfect place to embrace the high tides and good vibes.



When the sun is shining, start your morning with coffee or tea overlooking the ocean before heading to the beach, just steps away. We’ve got you covered with provided chairs and beach toys—perfect for sandcastle architects and wave chasers alike. After a day in the sun, fire up the community BBQs for dinner, then grab the s’mores sticks and head to the beach for a classic bonfire under the stars.



Even when the weather turns moody, Life is a Highwave is the ultimate cozy retreat. Curl up by the flickering electric fireplace with a good book, or settle in for a game night, puzzle session, or movie marathon. And don’t forget your swimsuit—the indoor heated pool and sauna are ready to keep the relaxation going, no matter the season.

Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. There you will find a key that will grant you access to our indoor, heated salt water pool and dry sauna.

Enhance your Lincoln City experience by utilizing our local transit options! You can now schedule convenient pickups directly with Intercity Transit by calling them. Whether you're planning a trip to the beach, shopping areas, or local attractions, this service ensures a seamless and enjoyable exploration of our coastal town.



Other Things to Note:

This is a condo in a shared complex, and it's worth noting that from time to time, you might hear everyday sounds coming from neighboring units and common areas within the facility.



There are three gas grills on site available for guest use. They are located next to our sparkling pool.



The condo comes with a limited supply of complimentary coffee, sugar, and creamer.



Interaction with Guests:

Sea Gypsy Rentals manages more than 59 privately owned beachfront condos. We have a rental office on the property that is open no less than 8 hours a day. We give you your space, but we’re available on-site if you need anything.
