Check in and out was so simple. Room was super clean. Balcony was nice. The jacuzzi tub was a nice touch to the room and being able to see the beach while soaking. It was quiet even though we had neighbors. Bed was comfortable, we even had robes, and dishes in our rooms. Would recommend bringing your own pillows as the ones on the bed are a bit small. Bonus, you are right at the water front and can listen to the waves crash on the beach. Also had a private walkway from the hotel to the beach 😁 Would definitely stay here again!!

Nearby grocery and Outlet Mall close.
Nearby neighbors had loud children til 10:00 at nite. Basically a loud family.
Beds very hard. We have concluded that our bodies have outgrown the Sandcastle. Chairs dont recline.
Thank you for many years of enjoyment.

Very clean, nicely updated property with direct access to the beach. Hot tub and pool were a welcomed luxury after an evening walk on the beach. So nice that you can see the ocean while sitting in the hot tub. Will definitely stay here again.

We very much enjoyed this location for being right on the beach. We planned on staying here at each trip. All the staff was amazing until today. When we check out we clean our room. We took out all the trash. We left a tip for the cleaning crew. 2 hours after checking out we realized we had left a jelly fish suncatcher hanging from the curtain rod. We went back to the property. The suncatcher was no were to be found. But cleaning crew did bag up some plastic toys we had left for other little kids. The lady at the front desk was amazing and very confused on why the suncatcher was not in the bag. We spoke with the manager here is where everything went south. Zero understanding, zero compassion, zero leadership skills. He actually said my cleaning crew have wallets with money. Implying there would be no need for them to take anything. So very sad. Ultimately it was our fault for leaving it but having leadership skills for the manager would have went a long way. So word of advice do not leave anything after checkout.

The room was perfect. Clean, updated with all i needed.
The one thing missing was a USB outlet.. at least i couldn't find one but i will know better next time. Definately plan to go back.

Room was super clean. Fireplace was easy to use. We stayed for three nights and were given one small tube each of shampoo and conditioner. 2 small bars of soap. Cleaning the room everyday does not happen. We had a full garbage and had run out of shampoo and towels. Finally got a text that they could come and clean. Guess it is not an everyday thing anymore. Right on the beach, great rate.

The beachfront location is excellent: very convenient and close to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The rooms felt updated, clean, and modern. Would definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and ready for use early. Getting fresh towels and trash emptied the next day was efficient and easy. The Hot Tub was perfect and the facilities were in excellent shape.

The staff was awesome and promptly took care of what my issues were. Some advice is to fill your jetted tub, run the jets, move the jets around, and drain your tub once before you make a bath for yourself. The rooms were updated from the pictures on here. 3rd floor and beachfront was so divine. Listening to the waves as I go to sleep was relaxing. I will be staying here again for the tub.
