The staff went above and beyond to make sure that we had rooms that were right next to each other and even on the bottom floor, which was really nice for all of us. We had a great time. Great water pressure and thank you for making our weekend. Wonderful.

Wad of hair on the floor in the bathroom so it was clear that it wasnt clean. Arrived at 3:40pm and room wasnt ready and told to return at 4pm. Returned at 4pm and asked to come back 30min later. Staff wasnt friendly

Cleanliness was questionable, very outdated. Parts of the building were falling down. The room smelled like a lot of chemical cleaners and a horrible pee like smell underneath it all. Luckily I had a balcony room so I kept the door slightly open all night.

The checkin was totally unacceptable. The front desk woman said my room wasn't ready at 4pm, and that she would call me when it was. An hour later, and no call and I encountered the same unprofessional staff member who was unhelpful, argumentative, and couldn't care less about what was going on. I finally got a hold of the cleaning staff and they let me know my room was ready, after 1 hour and 20 minutes of wait time. Check in time at 520pm. Totally unacceptable.

While this property may be less expensive than others in the area, our unit was in poor shape. The carpet was filthy, the bathroom was clean but had broken grab bars, missing towel bars with holes in the door, gross caulk, a leaking bathtub faucet that was impossible to turn off, tracks for the sliding glass door full of dirt. Bed linings worn & minimal. All that said, staff was friendly, responsive & helpful. The view is always outstanding!

They didn’t have place we originally rented ready, got moved to a cabin, stayed in 102, very out dated. The tub doesn’t drain, when taking a shower your feet sit in a water pool. The curtains are stained & ripped. The front door doesn’t shut all the way & lets a draft in. The heater is a wall floor heater & the curtains dangle over it, the curtains were really hot, had to tie them up to make sure they didn’t catch fire. Beds were comfortable tho.

It was a cute cabin! But the shower was extremely small. And I would have given a higher rating in cleanliness but the shower had hair on the wall and one of the night stand drawers had rose petals all in it. As well as checking in two other families complained about hair on the wall and sand all over the floor. Other than that it was super cute!

The staff wouldn’t let us in even though we were only 30 minutes early. Never experienced that before. Hot tub was closed and they didn’t let us know ahead of time and that was the only reason we chose this property. Room could’ve been cleaner as well. Was tolerable for one night but won’t be returning.

Great view. Property is run down. Hot tub not working. Rot all around properly. Pool flooded. Pealing paint. Black substances in corners along walls everywhere. Furnishings ripped worn faded. Bring your house shoes carpet is crusty.
