Condo is dated for sure, but very adequate.
Having 2 bathrooms was great!
A lamp & clock didn't work. We told them. They did not make any attempt to fix them.
Don't get me wrong. The condo, #304, was clean & well stocked. The check-in people ( before they had our money) were very nice, cheerful and polite.
Your contract requires you to wash, dry & put away your dishes before you leave, which is fine. However, the morning of the 10th there was no hot water. No hot shower & I had to heat water on the range to wash the dishes.
When we (& other guests) asked for a partial refund, or an allowance on another stay, mgmt absolutely refused. Said 'there was plenty of hot water' when they checked. There was none ever that morning!
Said the water was off for 'a minimal amount of time. ' It was never on at all.
Said they weren't responsible for the boilers.
When asked who we could talk to, claimed they didn't know.
We paid a lot of money for the conveniences of a condo. If we wanted cold showers & to wash our dishes in cold water, we could have camped on the beach!
Even after the inconvenience of no hot water we might possibly have stayed another time if they had had any respect, or concern for customer service.
But once they had our money they did not show any respect for any of us--we were not the only people who had an issue with having no hot water--and they took no responsibility. We were just tough out of luck.
We do not recommend them for that reason.
And if they put some honey-sweet response below here for us to call them, etc. Don't believe it. We went into their office IN PERSON & wasted our valuable time.
If they want to make it right, they have our billing info & can adjust it without talking. They know this review is true.
