Charlies Lookout

At the very south end of Lincoln City, but has a great beach access not even a block away. Very clean, comfortable, lots of extras like coffee, dog treats and towels.

Great location and stay!

This was a lovely place, with everything you could want - both in the location and the amenities. Lots of themed decor made us feel at home. The beach was mere feet away. Felt safe and had everything we needed. This place gets top marks!

Perfect beach house

We had a great stay at your house, the view of the ocean and beach access so close was great! The house was cute and comfortable. Our dog loved the treats and how welcome he was. We had a great weekend!

Beach Getaway

The house was wonderful and even better than described in the listing. Very comfortable and cozy, well furnished and decorated very nice. Very accommodating for dogs and while the backyard is small it is fully fenced. We will be coming back.

Great Place!

We loved this little house! Plenty roomy for us with enough view to satisfy. Beach access was super easy for the ‘old ladies’. The small backyard is muddy and so mud gets tracked in by your puppets, but nothing a quick wipe can’t handle! Kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

Nice Getaway

This property was located close to the ocean. The kitchen was the best stocked one with kitchen items we have ever been to in a rental. Even a beautiful new spice rack. It is a comfortable home that I recommend.

Lovely home

Beach is across the street & views from home are beautiful! If you like to cook the kitchen is very well equipped and has a lovely spice rack. The house has two excellent queens beds and a few other sleep surface. Sadly the two sleeper couches were not comfortable but. There are plenty of throw blankets for people plus sheets and blankets dedicated for dogs!

Cozy and Great Location!

The location was better than expected! You can see the ocean from the big front windows up and downstairs. There is a beach entrance half a block down the road and some restaurants and coffee shops a couple blocks away. We did bring our two dogs and the yard was not really a yard but rather a muddy fenced in garden (just a heads up to pet owners). It was cozy and the furniture was comfy. The upstairs bed is a bit removed, so it felt like we had some space. I would bring cooking oil or spices, but they have cooking utensils, coffee, etc. I couldn't find the check in email and when I called someone answered right away with help. Would recommend!

Lovely House - great for my family of 4!

Once I figured out which of the 3 lockboxes held the key & got in, everything was lovely. We enjoyed playing some of the games upstairs and there was plenty of room for my two teenagers and husband & I to spread out and have some space to relax. The kitchen was well stocked and it was nice to have the second potty upstairs! The house is on a second row of houses from the ocean, as pictured, and you can see the waves crashing from the house. I didn’t do laundry, but noticed there was some detergent, if needed. There were lots of small touches to make us feel welcomed. I did try to ask a question through the vrbo website that wasn’t responded to, but there was also a phone number that I didn’t try… so maybe that would have had a better response.

Perfect spot if you are traveling with dogs. Close to everything beach access is perfect. Will be staying here again, pro tip bring a baby gate and install top of staris so your dog can enjoy the patio deck and you dont have to worry about them going down the stairs.

Great Stay in Lincoln City

We really enjoyed our visit at Charlie’s Lookout! It was very cute and clean, the beds and all the furniture were comfortable, and it had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. It was an easy walk to the beach and we could see the ocean from all the front windows. It was a great location and we’d be happy to stay there again.

Very clean and nice! Adorable pet friendly house. It was very stormy all three days and we might have enjoyed a movie, but the dinning room chairs are in the way of seeing the TV. Seems like where it is isn’t great. Maybe add one upstairs in the living area up there. That seems like a perfect place.
